this is a turn key and go, you can drive it to store or work or take it to races. if you want to have the fastest car on your block this might be for you. if you have a weak heart you might just want to let it idle around the block with you. the drivetrain is built and no money was spared. it is a 427 side oiler but by a man who worked at ford motor co. block side oiler .050" over bore. crank cobra jet std/ std. rods Ford 427 cap screw, Pistons BRC 12 to 1. Heads Tunnel Port Fully Ported. Manley Valves Harland Sharp Rockers. Trans c6 wide ratio gear set. manual valve body, street convertor. rear end is stock 31 spline axle, posi with 3.7. Ford gears. Powertrain has around 500 miles on it since it was built. said he had drove it at 150 mph going just fine. car has been sitting in garage for last 25 years with same paint as it has now, still looks great to be as old as it is but to be show quality would need to be redone as there are a few bubbles in a few places but nothing looks to have anything that should not be easy to finish and paint. the underside is nice and clean and no rust issues of any kind and needs nothing. and under hood looks same very nice and clean as well. the numbers match on dash and under fender and on door. marti report says it was a 428 cobra jet ram air. the color was royal maroom paint. originally a 4 speed close ratio. door tag reads 63c B5 3A 15L 33 R 6. vin is 9f02R127264 . does have factory tach. battery is in trunk. interior looks good but I did notice a hole about the size of a quarter in passengers seat but besides that it looks to be above average condition for its age.
