This car was purchased in the late 70's with no engine, drive train, or interior. The front fenders and grill were in tough shape. The only rust was in the floor boards. Over the next few years I collected parts for a frame off restoration. The frame was sandblasted and painted. The car has a 283 cc engine and a 2 speed transmission, both have been overhauled. There are about 10,000 miles in engine and transmission overhaul. In 1986, it was painted red, a new top, interior(white) and red carpet were installed. Floor board replacements were not available at the time of restoration so used ones were welded in. This car has wide whitewall tires and fender skirts.
