I bought this vehicle about four months ago. I was attracted to its pristine condition and the large amount of maintenance work that's been done on it in the last two years.I found another vehicle that caught my eye and I just bought another 928 project car so the perfect one has to go :-)In the last two years the timing belt was replaced and water pump. They installed a porktensioner. They replace about 75% of the air-conditioning system. Put the GTS wing on.Put a new side skirts on. Touched up the entire car. 2003 Porsche 996 Targa. Loaded with full leather, Bose sound system, memory and heated seats. I bought this car 2 months ago from Prestige Porsche in Denver after searching for a while for the right car. I now found a 996 turbo that I can't live without :-) I had the dealership do a major service before taking delivery. This included dropping the engine and transmission and replacing IMB with the LN bearing. Also, the RMS seal and all fluids replaced. Plus the 60K service was completed. $$ The exterior is in great shape. The paint is very shinny and shows well. I just compound it and applied paint sealant. There are the normal paint chips on the front and a few small scratches on the rear bumper by exhaust outlet. The headlights were professionally cleaned and are as clear as new. The tires have well over 60% life left. The interior has full leather. The seats are in great shape and have memory settings and are heated. The interior leather is great shape and just got a layer of hide food. Some of the painted areas have a few normal chips in them from standard use. The carpet in great shape. The Bose sound system sounds great. The only interior problem is the cruse control button sometimes pops out from the on position. The targa top works like it should.
