I tried to sell it on Copart but this vehicle is a classic clean vehicle and they have a salvage yard so it's not the best place to sell this vehicle there. Mechanicals Just over 92k miles on original 316ci 5.2L V8 motor with Hydra-matic trans.Car runs and drives very well and handles well on the highwayGas tank was removed and replaced with a 15gal fuel cell in the trunk Recent exhaust with Flowmaster muffler and dual chrome 3” rolled tips. Flange gaskets were replacedNew master cylinder, brakes are great. Front end was rebuilt (tie rod ends, upper and lower bushings, stabilizer links etc). New rear wheel seals done last year. New American Racing Torque Thrust 17” wheels w/Falcon tires. ? Exterior Very solid body and the paint shows well (Hot Rod Flatz Copper Pearl Metallic)All doors, hood and trunk open and close as they should, all glass is greatReplaced a lot of the chrome/stainless including NOS front grille, and re-chromed lower front bumper valance. Front elbow bumper covers and bullets were taken off another vehicle and are in very nice shape. Brand new door handles and drivers side mirror. Door panels are aged but still look nice. Pioneer Stereo/CD in the glove box, Kicker 6x9’s in the rear deck, and kick panel speakers. Original radio works, just disconnected from antenna. 1971 Corvette 454 4-speed Current owner purchased this car in 2002 and has put 13,500 miles on it since. Just prior to purchasing the car the previous owner rebuilt the motor and repainted it in the factory original warbonnet yellow. In 1973 the original 454 motor was replaced under warranty by GM with a 454 LS5 motor bearing codes for "non specific use". So although this car still retains the factory original color and 454 4 speed configuration, it is technically no longer a matching numbers car. Having said that, it is a very well preserved example. The entire interior is in excellent original condition with the exception of the carpets which were replaced in 2000. Leather seats show a bit of patina but are soft and in great shape. This car has removable T-tops as well as the rear glass. It does not have power steering, power brakes or AC. It's a turn-key driver ready to continue its life of cruze nights and week-end car shows. The exhaust, brake, and suspension systems are all in great shape. The frame is rust-free and shows no signs of any previous repairs. The paint has some flaws but is pretty nice for being 15 years old. In 2001 at the time of the engine rebuild the odometer was rebuilt and set back to zero so the overall miles from day one is unknown. The two current issues needing attention are the vacuum assisted wipers which are not operating as they should and the steering which has more play then it should. This car drives great and has plenty of power. For the past 13 years it's been garaged and only driven in nice weather, averaging about 1,000 miles a year. This 1971 Chevy short bed Cheyenne is an excellent example of an older restoration of a rust-free southern truck. Originally from Alabama, it was restored years ago to a very high standard and garaged since. There are no signs of previous rust repair and using a paint gauge it's clear that little if no body filler was ever used. It's truly a "turn-key" driver ready to enjoy. The original built tag shows it was a 127" wheel base truck with a 350 motor. It's now sitting on a 115" WB frame and has a 307 motor with Holley 4 barrel carb. The drive train has plenty of power and the automatic transmission shifts smoothly. It also has a 12 bolt 355 rear end, power steering that makes it a pleasure to drive and power front disc brakes that make it feel more like a modern truck. The suspension is stock with the exception of lowered springs. So if you prefer a higher ride height that would be an easy thing to change. It's equipped with AC but it's not currently charged. It has a new red interior which is a perfect compliment to the black paint. The polished aluminum American Racing wheels give it a nice period look and are in great condition. Recent maintenance in the last year includes new ball joints, rear end bearings & seals and regular oil changes. I encourage any potential buyers to come drive and inspect the truck. This 1956 Ford F100 pick up was a fully restored show truck in the late 1990s. The shop in South Carolina that restored it started with a very nice rust-free example. The level of finish and detail are still exceptional but now years later it’s showing a few blemishes indicative of an older restoration. The motor is a Ford 351M or 400 mated to a 3 speed automatic transmission that offers “plenty” of power. We believe the front frame and suspension are from a Mercury Monterey and we can see that the integration was beautifully done. The Ford 9? diff. has adjustable rear air shocks. The dual exhaust system has a wonderful deep sound and the truck has power assisted disc brakes on all four wheels. The interior sports a tilt steering wheel, custom grey tweed seats and panels with clear plastic seat covers, and an AM/FM/CD player hidden in glove box.
