Up for sale is a running and driving 69 FJ40 barn find that has its original paint. It has 30,000 original miles and almost sure it's a one owner truck. Truck has new points, spark plugs, condensor, rotor, clutch master cylinder and clutch slave cylinder. Also have a new brake master cylinder for it that needs to be installed. It was used around a farm and at bmw mechanic shop up in bridge water NJ years ago. The truck runs good and would be a good project for the winter. The truck has a decent body and could use a patch in the rear floor. The mid floor section and rear wheel wells are in good shape. The quarter and rocker panels aren't in that bad of shape either with minimal rust. The frame is in decent shape and will need two small spots to be cut out and repaired w new metal welded in that should be a simple fix for any welder. The truck comes with 4 factory wheels with clips so you can attach hub caps. It comes with the front bench and rear bench seats as well and rear spare tire. carrier. Up for sale is my rare 77 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ-55. I have owned the truck for the last year and half and have kept it garage kept since I have owned it. I drive it 2 or 3 times a week when it's sunny out and have never had it out in the snow or salt. The truck was originally from California and has only been in NJ for the last year and half in my garage. The later 70's cruisers are more desired because they have the 2F engine, 4 speed transmission, and front axle with disc brakes. I have had a lot of fj40's over the years and this was my first opportunity to own a 55 and it is a completely different ride. The truck starts up first time everytime and drives straight down the road. When you look under the hood everything is stock and everything is where it is suppose to be and doesn't have extra spliced in wires running all over. All the emission parts are still there since it was from California and even has the rare factory fan in the corner near the headlight. I replaced the oil pump, oil pan gasket, oil filter, air filter, and spark plugs in the last couple of months. The body is in good shape and not rotted away like most east coast land cruisers. The passenger side door must of caught the wind at one point and dented it. I found a extra door to replace with. The passenger side rocker has some rust 2 or 3 dime size holes that should be a easy fix. The passenger side roof has some paint bubbling along the side as shown in the pictures but only has one dime size whole that goes through and can be fixed easily. The rear passenger side under the rear taillight has a small dent that can be pulled out by a body shop I just dont have the right tools and the guy at the body shop said its better if you fix it once rather than trying to fix someone's else's repair so I left it. Besides the spots i mentioned the rest of the body is in good shape. The frame and floors on the truck are in great shape and have the factory rubber floor mats that are in good shape still. The tailgate glass and motor were removed at one point and I have a replacement piece of glass and found a tailgate motor and gearbox to make the rear tailgate window work. The truck is a great cruiser to jump in and enjoy with your family or put some money into and you can have a nice cruiser. The truck has factory wheels and 33 x 9.5 BF Goodrich tires on it that give it a nice stance. These trucks are getting harder to harder to find stock without a different engines, axles, or a lift on them. Its a great truck and no one else in your town will probably have one that's why I liked it. Not alot of options but ICE COLD A/C, Factory Ford Aluminum Wheels, Upgraded inside engine cover, Sliding door window and rear windows, AM/FM radio. Added are Weather Guard triple ladder racks, Weather Guard Interior shelving on both sides and parts bin (Tools and Equipment are not included). The Van will be washes and cleaned inside before delivery. This Van has only 85,165 miles on It which is VERY LOW for a 1999. V8 has been recently tuned up has new front brakes and newer rear brakes (4 wheel disc), Oil Change (always synthetic since being the 2nd owner since 2003), No leaks anywhere, New rear tires and almost new front tires. Interior cab is almost perfect, seats have no rips or tears (always covered since they are vinyl and covers feel better), no cracks or dash damage. Paint is nice shape and has been de-lettered but shadows/impressions remain (not a big deal if re-lettering or wrapping), There are 2 tiny areas of rust but nothing through the body (see pics 22-23). There is a dent on the passenger side front fender and the valance (see pic. 24 not that bad).
