This is my BMW 540i 6-Speed M Sport manual transmission car up for bid. I have driven this car daily for the last 3 years. Although it has 231,000 miles on it I have the same mechanic as the previous owner and in the last two years I have replaced the clutch, water pump and the very important camshaft sensors. Most of these cars have a check engine light on and most people do not want to pay to have this diagnosed. I did. The camshaft sensors are an important thing to identify and fix on these cars. I have put over $3000 into these important fixes and an additional $650 in new snow tires. This car is great in the snow with them. Like any car 14 years old it could use some cosmetic work but the joy of this engine with the power and speed is amazing. All of the power windows and door locks and sunroof work great. AC and heat work great as do the heated seats.

Beautiful Rolls Royce practical classic. Very enjoyable with modern conveniences: Automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, power windows and locks, power seats. Starts and runs every time. Beautiful and very very impressive. Last of the true Rolls Royces before taken over by BMW. Recently refinished burled walnut instrument panel done by furniture restorer with gloss lacquer. Leather interior. All piping recently refinished. Interior is in Louis Vuitton colors of dark brown and London tan. Original Wilton wool carpeting and headliner. Newer white wall tires with very little mileage. Over last seven years, mechanical work done is: air conditioning reconditioned and upgdaded to modern R coolant, struts done all around, ball joints done, self leveling suspension reconditioned, alternator/regulator rebuilt.
Has a Nardi steering wheel. Being sold because just not being driven enough anymore so would rather see it go to someone who will use it more.
