I bought this 4Runner just over a year ago, and have been it's only owner. It's been used primarily as a weekend family hauler to the lake, the beach, and other such destinations. I've added what is called a 3&2 leveling kit which raised the front of the vehicle 3" and the back 2". This served to give the vehicle a level stance rather then the factory rake. Also I removed the 17" factory wheels, and installed 20" Fuel Assault wheels. The tires that I had put on these wheels have less than 5k miles on them. I installed the Nfab running bars to help the kids get in and out, and added the Yakima roof rack for additional storage space. Despite it's appearance, I've never taken the 4runner off-road beyond the occasional dirt road to access the river. No rock crawling or mudding have ever been done with this SUV. Oil changes and maintenance have all been performed as per the factory suggestions, by a Toyota technician. There has never been a mechanical or electronic issue of any sort with this vehicle, and it's been garage kept since day one.
