Up for grabs is a fresh barn find. It was built by a professional airplane machinist mechanic. I do know it has a built to the hill 3.8 GM engine and ford 9 inch rear end. Take a look at the custom headers that are tucked in the wheel wells professionally done. This car runs like an animal. The car was stored in a barn for some time. It's a real custom job from the oil pan to the intake. I was told by the mans wife he had over 10k invested in this car excluding his time. It has a new battery, new front brakes, new power streering pump, new serpantine belt, 2 upper control arms were replaced, transmission rebuilt in March, new radiator, right and left manifolds replaced,  the cab A/C had the evaporator core replaced and it has a new A/C pressure switch and new compressor, the Onan generator was rebuilt with all the seals replaced and a new govornor installed.

This 1957 small-mouth TR-3 would be a good restoration project. It has wire wheels, front disc brakes, and a clear Florida title. It has typical rust but it runs and drives well for its age. BODY / FLOORS / FRAME: The frame looks pretty solid. The nose is in good shape and does not appear to have ever been damaged. The body has the usual rust and bodywork that you would expect on an old TR-3 like this. The floors and sills also have typical rust and will need to be repaired or replaced. The paint is old and has plenty of dents, chips and scratches. The front bumper is nice, and the door fit and body panel alignment is good. MECHANICAL: The engine runs well, has good oil pressure, and does not overheat. The brakes and clutch are operational, and the transmission shifts through all the gears. The battery is new. The tires hold air and do not leak, but they are old and will need replacing. The engine appears to be original to this car. I think this car originally had overdrive, but it currently has a standard gearbox. The steering and suspension feel pretty smooth and tight with no noticeable issues. INTERIOR / TOP: The convertible top is in good condition. The interior is usable but old. The side curtains and wind deflectors are included with the car. ELECTRICAL: The electrical systems are in surprisingly good order -- the lights, turn signals, speedometer, and gauges all work except for the gas gauge. The odometer works and currently reads 59,418 but I can’t be sure if that is the original miles on the car. TITLE TRANSFER AND PAPERWORK: I am a long-time classic car hobbyist and a licensed Florida car dealer (Classic Investment Motorcars Inc.) This means that you must complete various sales and title transfer forms with me, which can be done in person or through the mail. The car cannot be released until I have received all completed paperwork and payment in full. This is not a restored car -- it is a well preserved original that was lovingly cared-for throughout its life. It has traveled just 43,508 miles since new. The original owner’s manual and sales brochures are included along with the service records I received with the car. This car is pure pleasure to drive. It has always been garage-kept and I don’t think it has ever been smoked in. BODY / FLOORS / FRAME: The trunk, floors, frame and undercarriage are all original and completely solid. The fit of the doors, hood and trunk lid are as original and the body is straight. I don’t see any rust-through anywhere under the car. PAINT / CHROME: The paint appears to be mostly original with few touch ups. It presents extremely well. There are a few minor chips and touch-ups in the paint as would be expected but nothing noticeable unless you are looking for them close-up. The bumpers, chrome and trim are in extremely nice original condition. INTERIOR: The interior is also original. The dash, door panels, headliner, carpet, and seat belts are all in amazing condition. The leather seats are very nice, showing only minor wear on the front seat. The dash is the nicest I’ve ever seen on any Eldorado. ELECTRICAL: Absolutely everything works, including the original radio and 8-track tape player. Even the exterior thermometer works and the clock keeps excellent time. MECHANICAL: The engine is original and runs very well. The engine compartment is correct and original -- it has not even been detailed. The transmission and brakes are in excellent working order. The tires are in excellent condition. As with all old cars, it leaves a few drips when parked for awhile. TITLE TRANSFER AND PAPERWORK: I am a long-time classic car hobbyist and licensed as a Florida car dealer (Classic Investment Motorcars Inc.) This means that you must complete various sales and title transfer forms with me, which can be done in person or through the mail. DOCUMENTATION FEE: A flat fee of $100 is charged on all vehicle purchases to cover postage, preparing paperwork and forms, and other dealer costs. This fee cannot be waived. This is not a restored car -- it is a well preserved original that was lovingly cared-for throughout its life. The odometer reads just 63,195 miles. The previous owner told me that this is the correct original mileage and I see no reason to doubt it. This car is a genuine pleasure to drive -- it is like stepping back through a time-warp. It was always garage-kept and it retains its pleasant antique car patina inside. BODY / FLOORS / FRAME: This is an extremely solid car. The fit of the doors, hood and trunk lid are excellent and the body is very straight. The trunk, floors, frame and undercarriage are all original and completely solid. I don’t see any rust-through anywhere under the car. PAINT / CHROME: This car was repainted approximately five years ago in its original color. It is a very nice paint job and has no chips, scratches or dents that I have found. The bumpers, chrome and trim are in good original condition and have never been re-chromed. INTERIOR: The interior is almost all original. Only the black fabric insert of the bottom of the front seat was replaced. The seats show normal wear for the age and mileage, and the fabric portions of the seats do have some small splits here and there. I thought about reupholstering the seats but I wanted to keep as much originality as possible. The dash, door panels, headliner and carpet and original floor mats are all in good original condition. ELECTRICAL: Everything works except for the clock. Even the original tube-radio works (but sometimes the tuner knob doesn’t want to move the dial.) The battery is brand-new and the generator has been upgraded to a (very expensive) Powergen Powermaster alternator to preserve the original look while dramatically improving electrical function. The original generator is included with the car. MECHANICAL: The engine is original and runs very strong and smooth. The engine compartment is correct and unmolested. The transmission and brakes are in excellent working order. The tires are in very good condition. The air conditioning blows nice and cold. As with virtually all old cars, it does leave a few drips of oil when parked for awhile. TITLE TRANSFER AND PAPERWORK: I am a long-time classic car hobbyist and licensed as a Florida car dealer (Classic Investment Motorcars Inc.) This means that you must complete various sales and title transfer forms with me, which can be done in person or through the mail. DOCUMENTATION FEE: A flat fee of $100 is charged on all vehicle purchases to cover postage, preparing paperwork and forms, and other dealer costs. This fee cannot be waived. This fee applies regardless of whether you are an individual or a dealer. SALES TAX: If you live in Florida or are picking up the car in Florida I am required to collect the applicable sales tax and tag/title fees. If the vehicle is shipped out of Florida by common carrier I do not collect the sales tax (you will take care of that where you live.) DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: A $200 non-refundable PayPal deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction. The balance must be paid by cash, cashier’s check, or wire transfer within seven days of the end of the auction. All cashier’s checks must clear my bank before the vehicle can be released. DriveTrip Odometer This is a very high quality original 1961 Cadillac Six Window Sedan Deville. This is not a restored car -- it is a well preserved original that was lovingly cared-for throughout its life. The odometer reads just 63,195 miles. The previous owner told me that this is the correct original mileage and I see no reason to doubt it. This car is a genuine pleasure to drive -- it is like stepping back through a time-warp. It was always garage-kept and it retains its pleasant antique car patina inside. BODY / FLOORS / FRAME: This is an extremely solid car. The fit of the doors, hood and trunk lid are excellent and the body is very straight. The trunk, floors, frame and undercarriage are all original and completely solid. I don’t see any rust-through anywhere under the car. PAINT / CHROME: This car was repainted approximately five years ago in its original color. It is a very nice paint job and has no chips, scratches or dents that I have found. The bumpers, chrome and trim are in good original condition and have never been re-chromed. INTERIOR: The interior is almost all original. Only the black fabric insert of the bottom of the front seat was replaced. The seats show normal wear for the age and mileage, and the fabric portions of the seats do have some small splits here and there. I thought about reupholstering the seats but I wanted to keep as much originality as possible. The dash, door panels, headliner and carpet and original floor mats are all in good original condition. ELECTRICAL: Everything works except for the clock. Even the original tube-radio works (but sometimes the tuner knob doesn’t want to move the dial.) The battery is brand-new and the generator has been upgraded to a (very expensive) Powergen Powermaster alternator to preserve the original look while dramatically improving electrical function. The original generator is included with the car. MECHANICAL: The engine is original and runs very strong and smooth. The engine compartment is correct and unmolested. The transmission and brakes are in excellent working order. The tires are in very good condition. The air conditioning blows nice and cold. As with virtually all old cars, it does leave a few drips of oil when parked for awhile. TITLE TRANSFER AND PAPERWORK: I am a long-time classic car hobbyist and licensed as a Florida car dealer (Classic Investment Motorcars Inc.) This means that you must complete various sales and title transfer forms with me, which can be done in person or through the mail. DOCUMENTATION FEE: A flat fee of $100 is charged on all vehicle purchases to cover postage, preparing paperwork and forms, and other dealer costs. This fee cannot be waived.
