For Sale 2001 Toyota Camry, 6 cylinder engine, 121K miles Features: v6 eng. auto trans, air conditioning, power locks, power mirrors, power windows, power brakes, power steering, power sunroof-moonroof, tinted windows, towing package Great condition, daily driver. Everything works, impeccable maintenance. This was/is my main transportation. Since I am in the field much of the time, with no cell service around I needed/need reliable transportation. If not for my move to Colorado next month I would not be selling this car now. Whereas it drives well in snow, it does not have the needed ground clearance for the terrain I will be driving. For those in the know, this year of Camry was the last year with the mechanical fuel pedal (most of us know the recall issues the newer electronic pedal has). I have purchased two of this model Camry in the last 10 years. I've driven at least $140K miles combined and other than normal maintenance (oil, fluids, timing belts, air filters) I have only had to replace tires batteries, wipers, one coil and a door handle. Couple the low maintenance cost with 29 mpg hwy/21 mpg city and it is evident why I love this car. The V6 engine is literately fun to drive. Passing the slow cars and trucks up the mountain roads is a breeze. The great handling allows me to take corners relaxed and stress free. With the tow package on the car I was even able to trailer an ATV a couple of times. One more thing, the dirty steering wheel cover is a cover, it comes off. The wheel itself is in great shape.
