Top-of-the-line RWD 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham has been tastefully modified as a Gentleman's hot rod. Mild camshaft upgrade to the Chevrolet 5.7l engine, cat-delete/free-flowing exhaust, cylinder heads, Holley carb, HEI, VP4 mechanical clutch fan/shroud upgrade. No longer on computer. Runs smooth. Engine compartment still looks, and exhaust sounds, nearly stock. 700r4 transmission with overdrive, A/C blows cold. Frame and floors solid. Factory aluminum rims. Tires about half-life. No rips in factory top (color matches interior,) leather seats, or dash. Original clearcoat is still bright. This car cost over $40k new. A few flaws--needs a rear bumper from a rust hole. One panel in the interior needs replacement. One rear window and door need help opening. Traction control light is on. The usual minor imperfections for a 20+ year old vehicle, but overall in very nice, presentable condition. Was garaged until a few years ago, and has mostly sat in the driveway because of too many projects. This one is finished and can be driven anywhere. I'm selling this well below its value because the back of the original Massachusetts title is completely filled out (I'm the last buyer) with no room for reassignment. I have the dealer affadavit stating that a previous buyer canceled the sale, so everything is legit--I just imagine the DMV will want extra fees to get everything straight for a new owner. Here's the price with no extra fees. $12,500. My Mothers + Fathers (Both are well) asked me to sell their 1949 Cadillac 62 Series 2 owner car that they have owned since 1982. This is a non smoking and moth ball free car. It smells super inside just like a 1949 Cadillac smells like in the day I'm told. This beauty only has 61,175 original miles!! The entire time they have owned the car it was stored in climate control with wood floor and that is the greatest situation for an older car. They took this beauty out a few (1 to 3) times a year to Cadillac Shows with friends that also had older Cadillacs. This was just enough to keep the car moving and active enough to be fresh. This car is still a 6 volt system and starts up with a turn of the key and a push of a button. It can be hot or cold it loves to start right up. I put a brand new 6 volt battery in to ensure a perfect delivery to you. A bit of history on this one: It was purchased in a Kruze auction in Syracuse NY and the car was just restored. You can see it was done well but not a SPOTLESS PERFECT restoration. It was a very nice job and the car has been nothing but a joy so they did a nice job. The motor runs as new. Stays cool, no knocks, ticks or pings. The transmission is a 4 speed automatic transmission that shifts beautifully in all gears. This car even has a blower motor (heater of the time) that was an optional extra back in it's day. The brakes are 4 wheel drum brakes with plenty of shoe left. I would think that changing the brake hoses and brake fluid would be a good idea. It tends to move about a little when the brakes are applied as if the brakes are getting uneven pressure common with older brake hoses. The steering is tight and precise as it should be. It has new conditioin Silverstone tires that are in MINT condition. It helps this car steer and ride smooth down the road. The car can keep up with modern day drivers because it features a over head valve 331 cubic inch 5.4 liter 8 cylinder that produces 160 horse power. This was one of the first cars to achieve Motor Trends Car of the Year. The paint is jet black and it has specks where the paint has lifted off the metal. These have been touched up with a touch up brush through the years as more appeared. It still looks very nice as you will see in the pictures below. The chrome and stainless steel trim are above adverage condition as you will see. The beautiful hood ornament is really stunning. Words can not explain the feeling you get driving this beauty. Majestic is always what we say when we drive it or even see the car. The windows all go up and down. The wing window on the drivers side does not crank open but it does push open. The windshields, and rear 3 windows are free of cracks or stone chips. The locks do work on the car. The speedometer and odometer work as well as the gauges. I am not sure about the radio but there was tape on it from when the car was restored so it may work. The wipers, lights and turn signals function very well. The horn should work but I forgot to check. The emergency brake works great. The car is super solid. Always stored with care. Always covered and we used Decon mouse and rat pelets that kept the car from getting munched on in storage. The muffler is quiet but has some holes in the pipe in the back. I have another new muffler that will go with the car. The car has won some awards in the years and I will give you some of them. I even have some manual, books, and records showing some repairs over the years. Rebuilt generator, belt, new water pump, fuel pump, oil changes, new battery, new tires , ect. I have in my hand the transferable NYS registration that transfers ownership exactly as a title would in another state. Pre 1973 NYS cars have transferable Registrations. I am VERY familiar with Antique cars and have gone over this car and see NO evidence of damage that was repaired or replaced floors ect. The car is not perfect but always got 1-3 place in over 20 events in it's time with my Family. As years pass my Parents are doing other activities and would like to pass this beauty on for somebody else to enjoy. EVERYTHING WORKS! 1994 is the first year for the LT1 (Corvette) 350 Cubic Inch 5.7 liter V-8 to be installed to these. This motor is running just as it should be with lots of power and 26mpg on the highway! This car has traction control and anti lock brakes!! This car is a non smoker car. I just put 4 brand new whitewall tires on the excellent condition factory Brougham wheels. The car rides so smooth!!! The transmission shifts perfectly! Every gear shifts like factory new. The brakes are NEW! I put new rotors on the front with new ceramic pads. Also new wheel bearings, seal, and new caliper pins and bushings. The rear shoes are as new. The brakes stop the car smooth and precise. The exhaust system is a factory dual exhaust that is in very nice condition. No exhaust manifold leaks on this beauty. The car is a nice condition car that has ice cold air conditioning, great cruise control, heated seats (they are so weak) and lumbar that is excellent. The battery is strong and will not drain or draw over time. The car has all of the factory floor mats, the trunk mat, the trunk net and I even have books for it. The car has power seats in the front with memory settings. The car has tilt wheel, power windows that all work, power locks that all work, keyless entry that works. Ooops. The trunk pull down is not pulling down but it is in the down position so you just close it regular. The digital dash is clear and there are no trouble lights. The factory radio works very nice and the power antenna works properly. The lights, horn, emergency brake, wipers, indicator lights on the fenders work, automatic tinting mirror works. The rear bumper has great shine with no rust bubbles. The car is georgeous with all of the chrome on the white body with the full white top! I redid the rear top trim strips and put new clips so it holds for years. The chip in the key is there but the system is deactivated so it won't fail and leave you somewhere (common over the years to not work leaving you stuck). The car really runs and drives excellent. There are some flaws of course but overall the car is a beauty! It's a really nice car that is ready to go for years. They are the last of the large Roadmaster, Caprice Fleetwood B and D body cars!! Sad to see them become so scarce but they are a bit collectible now. Buy it and you will see why! There's nothing like it. You are in a 20 year old car with lots of power, air bags, anti lock brakes, traction control and it feels like a nice old school classic! I have a clean clear title in hand ready to transfer. I put over 1,000 miles on this car just before the new tires and brakes and it was flawless. Very dependable and reliable. So nice to drive.
