These trucks (SUV's) are inspired by the Avalanche and are very versatile not to mention very desirable. You will not find many in this condition with these miles and especially not this beautiful color combination. This EXT is finished in a very hard to find 'Green Envy' over tan leather. The only color this hard to find is the 'Out of The Blue' aka 'Arrival Blue' which were made just as scarcely. There are several black, red or white ones available but I have not seen one of these on Ebay in a VERY long time. This Caddy is loaded with everything except for a leaky moonroof and a factory navigation system that fell out of date years ago, your iPhone or Android has a better and more up to date map, I do laugh when people get hung up on factory Nav in a vehicle thet is 5 years old or older, it's useless. It DOES have all the stuff you DO need like On Star, BOSE premium audio, Xenon headlamps, power folding mirrors, heated seats, power adjustable pedals, chrome alloy wheels, parking sensors, traction control and on and on. The 90 full sized photos below tell the story, take time to look them over including several of the spotless undercarriage that still retains it's original manufacturers tags on the suspension components, Delphi ID stickers on the fuel tank and Stabilitrak shocks as well as the 'chalk markings' on the frame and brake parts, amazing! The body of this Escalade is impeccable with absolutely no dings, dents or scratches. You will maybe find a few very small stone chips up front and a couple scuffs around the middle step pad on the rear bumper but other than that it's spotless. It has a pinstripe with a really cool and subtle graphic, that can be removed if not to your taste. All trim, lights, lenses, emblems etc are all in great shape as is the removable tonneau cover in back. Tires are nearly new and are a matching set of four, over 80% tread life remaining, the chromed alloy wheels are excellent as well and are clean front and back-side. Glass is great also, windshield is in great shape, sides and rears are lightly tinted (the rear doors and back are factory privacy glass). Inside this EXT, you will be impressed that there is little to no wear. The leather seats are supple and soft, even the bolsters on the driver's side show hardly any wear. Carpets are free of stains, dash and door panels are all in fantastic condition, headliner is clean with no sagging, tears or burns as this is a non-smokers vehicle. There are no tobacco, musty or foul odors, just the aroma of fresh leather. It comes with all the factory floor mats, owners manual, both keys and remotes so it's very complete. Mechanically it's top notch. It was meticulously serviced, you can see the previous owner even stuck a reminder on the air-cleaer box under the hood when it was last changed and there is an extra cabin filter in the glove box. On top of that, I have just serviced it including oil change, full transfer case service, transmission fluid check, A/C service, tire rotation and brake inspection. It's absolutley ready to go. It is smooth, powerful, quiet and it drives incredibly smooth, just as you would expect from a low mileage Cadillac. These do not come along often, you will not find another in this condition, this clean, this complete, from a rust-free climate and fully serviced anywhere for any price, so, for an impossible to replace fully loaded luxury SUV, $16950 is very reasonable. If you don't want to spend that much, I fully understand, but remember, the nice ones aren't cheap...and the cheap ones aren't nice, you get what you pay for. These trucks (SUV's) are inspired by the Avalanche and are very versatile not to mention very desirable. You will not find many in this condition with these miles and especially not this beautiful color combination. This EXT is finished in a very hard to find 'Green Envy' over tan leather. The only color this hard to find is the 'Out of The Blue' aka 'Arrival Blue' which were made just as scarcely. There are several black, red or white ones available but I have not seen one of these on Ebay in a VERY long time. This Caddy is loaded with everything except for a leaky moonroof and a factory navigation system that fell out of date years ago, your iPhone or Android has a better and more up to date map, I do laugh when people get hung up on factory Nav in a vehicle thet is 5 years old or older, it's useless. It DOES have all the stuff you DO need like On Star, BOSE premium audio, Xenon headlamps, power folding mirrors, heated seats, power adjustable pedals, chrome alloy wheels, parking sensors, traction control and on and on. The 90 full sized photos below tell the story, take time to look them over including several of the spotless undercarriage that still retains it's original manufacturers tags on the suspension components, Delphi ID stickers on the fuel tank and Stabilitrak shocks as well as the 'chalk markings' on the frame and brake parts, amazing! The body of this Escalade is impeccable with absolutely no dings, dents or scratches. You will maybe find a few very small stone chips up front and a couple scuffs around the middle step pad on the rear bumper but other than that it's spotless. It has a pinstripe with a really cool and subtle graphic, that can be removed if not to your taste. All trim, lights, lenses, emblems etc are all in great shape as is the removable tonneau cover in back. Tires are nearly new and are a matching set of four, over 80% tread life remaining, the chromed alloy wheels are excellent as well and are clean front and back-side. Glass is great also, windshield is in great shape, sides and rears are lightly tinted (the rear doors and back are factory privacy glass). Inside this EXT, you will be impressed that there is little to no wear. The leather seats are supple and soft, even the bolsters on the driver's side show hardly any wear. Carpets are free of stains, dash and door panels are all in fantastic condition, headliner is clean with no sagging, tears or burns as this is a non-smokers vehicle. There are no tobacco, musty or foul odors, just the aroma of fresh leather. It comes with all the factory floor mats, owners manual, both keys and remotes so it's very complete. Mechanically it's top notch. It was meticulously serviced, you can see the previous owner even stuck a reminder on the air-cleaer box under the hood when it was last changed and there is an extra cabin filter in the glove box. On top of that, I have just serviced it including oil change, full transfer case service, transmission fluid check, A/C service, tire rotation and brake inspection. It's absolutley ready to go. It is smooth, powerful, quiet and it drives incredibly smooth, just as you would expect from a low mileage Cadillac. These do not come along often, you will not find another in this condition, this clean, this complete, from a rust-free climate and fully serviced anywhere for any price, so, for an impossible to replace fully loaded luxury SUV, $16950 is very reasonable. It's color is called 'Out of The Blue'(some call it 'Arrival Blue') which is a very rich and very deep pearl blue color, the pictures really do not do it justice. You are looking at a really special Escalade EXT, not only does it have a rare color combo, its a one owner, low, low 54k original mile Cadillac that is in amazing original condition. Most of these rigs are chopped up, miled out or heavily modified, this beauty is all original and mostly stock aside from a few VERY nice add-ons like a remote start system with 'two-way' remote that indicates it's status, color keyed bed cover panels, lightly tinted front windows and a very cool 'Bed-Slide' which easily allows stowage in and out of the bed, it's just awesome how it works. On top of that, it has all options aside from a sunroof and factory navigation (which, lets be honest, our smart phones have better navigation than any in-car setup older than a 2014). It does have satellite radio though and I think the previous owner had a 'lifetime' subscription as I have been driving this thing for months and it is still giving me all the channels. Please take time to check out this rust free southern Cadillac, I have included 100 photos including almost 25 of the spotless undercarriage that still has the original manufacturers tags, decals and even 'chalk-markings' from the assembly line, it's incredible. The body of the EXT is smooth and straight with no damage or repair. Aside from a couple of small blemishes on the rear bumber that have been touched up, there are absolutely no major dings, dents or scratches on it. The headlamp lenses are crystal clear with no 'yellowing or fading', all trim is impeccable, this was definitely a garage kept vehicle, there is no fade, or 'heat-beat' inside or out. Tires are good with over 50% tread life remaining on original alloys which are all in good shape as well. Running boards are straight and clean, no damage to them either. Glass is excellent, no cracks or chips in the shield, sides are privacy tinted. Inside you will find an equally clean seating arrangement of front bucket seats and a rear bench, fronts are both power and heated with lumbar support. Leather is clean, supple and soft, not worn out or dried up. Carpets are free of any staining and are very clean. Dash, console, door panels, visors and headliner are all excellent showing no wear of heat damage. It is very nicely loaded with all power options plus parking sensors, On Star, satellite radio, CD and CD changer, power adjustable pedals, Xenon headlamps and much more including a remote start with incredible range. It comes with all keys, books, factory floor mats and remotes, it's very complete. Also noteworthy is that it has not been smoked in, it smells of fresh leather, no musty, damp or tobacco odors. Mechanically it is very sound as it should with such low mileage, it has been recently serviced and there are no issues, no warning lights on in the dash, no excuses. It does not appear to have any leaks and everything works including the A/C and heat. With new Escalades costing upwards of $80000 and EXT versions no longer available, this rarely colred nicely optioned unit with awesome extras is very desirable. I have seen ones with higher miles sell for over what I am asking and I think $18900 is an absolute bargain for a super clean, one owner, clean history, rust free original condition Cadillac but I am open to reasonable offers. It's color is called 'Out of The Blue'(some call it 'Arrival Blue') which is a very rich and very deep pearl blue color, the pictures really do not do it justice. You are looking at a really special Escalade EXT, not only does it have a rare color combo, its a one owner, low, low 54k original mile Cadillac that is in amazing original condition. Most of these rigs are chopped up, miled out or heavily modified, this beauty is all original and mostly stock aside from a few VERY nice add-ons like a remote start system with 'two-way' remote that indicates it's status, color keyed bed cover panels, lightly tinted front windows and a very cool 'Bed-Slide' which easily allows stowage in and out of the bed, it's just awesome how it works. On top of that, it has all options aside from a sunroof and factory navigation (which, lets be honest, our smart phones have better navigation than any in-car setup older than a 2014). It does have satellite radio though and I think the previous owner had a 'lifetime' subscription as I have been driving this thing for months and it is still giving me all the channels. Please take time to check out this rust free southern Cadillac, I have included 100 photos including almost 25 of the spotless undercarriage that still has the original manufacturers tags, decals and even 'chalk-markings' from the assembly line, it's incredible. The body of the EXT is smooth and straight with no damage or repair. Aside from a couple of small blemishes on the rear bumber that have been touched up, there are absolutely no major dings, dents or scratches on it. The headlamp lenses are crystal clear with no 'yellowing or fading', all trim is impeccable, this was definitely a garage kept vehicle, there is no fade, or 'heat-beat' inside or out. Tires are good with over 50% tread life remaining on original alloys which are all in good shape as well. Running boards are straight and clean, no damage to them either. Glass is excellent, no cracks or chips in the shield, sides are privacy tinted. Inside you will find an equally clean seating arrangement of front bucket seats and a rear bench, fronts are both power and heated with lumbar support. Leather is clean, supple and soft, not worn out or dried up. Carpets are free of any staining and are very clean. Dash, console, door panels, visors and headliner are all excellent showing no wear of heat damage. It is very nicely loaded with all power options plus parking sensors, On Star, satellite radio, CD and CD changer, power adjustable pedals, Xenon headlamps and much more including a remote start with incredible range. It comes with all keys, books, factory floor mats and remotes, it's very complete. Also noteworthy is that it has not been smoked in, it smells of fresh leather, no musty, damp or tobacco odors. Mechanically it is very sound as it should with such low mileage, it has been recently serviced and there are no issues, no warning lights on in the dash, no excuses. It does not appear to have any leaks and everything works including the A/C and heat. With new Escalades costing upwards of $80000 and EXT versions no longer available, this rarely colred nicely optioned unit with awesome extras is very desirable. I have seen ones with higher miles sell for over what I am asking and I think $18900 is an absolute bargain for a super clean, one owner, clean history, rust free original condition Cadillac but I am open to reasonable offers.
