For sale is my wifes garage kept dealer maintained Cadilac Escalade. Car has 108,500 miles and just visited Bowser Cadilac for my annual donation. Replaced new front tires new front wheel bearings,replaced transmission cooler lines, transmission fluid flush, Replaced Brake lamp switch, Replaced rear brake pads and rotors,replaced throttle body, all this for a check engine light. this car has never leaked a fluid on the ground, last year they got me for Rear Air Shocks, Power steering pump and hoses along with a few other things. My point is that this car doesn't use a drip of oil and is as solid as you will find on ebay. Look at my reviews I know this car because we have owned it since it was a pup so I can vouch for all the services done to this car and a used car dealership wont be able to tell you the history of the one they just took in on a trade. Car has the tow package, front heated and cooled seats with a ton of power adjustments, Rear seat heating on captain seats that look like brand new. Rear heating cooling and Audio system so rear occupents can listen to what they want and put the temperature where they want it. Has navigation, 6 disc cd changer and you can play a dvd in the front with Dolby DTS sound. Has power pedals, mirrors , memory everything, Ipod adaptor. I always install weathertech digi fit mats in all my vehicle's so the stock mats are brand new. Exterior has no rust but some stone chips which are nothing out of the ordinary for a 2007 escalade, this is one of the lower mile examples you will find and the body panels are tight floorboards are clean headlamps and foglights all work(headlamps were another repair last year). except for what I would call a slight mark in the passenger door this thing is tight. I have owners manuals and both sets of keys. Even the rear compartment on this escalade is clean, my wife used it for wifey things so nobody really rode in the back seats and she put the shopping items in the back so you are getting a clean ride. Does it need anything NO!!!!!!!! You can purchase and put another 108,000 on it. I have clean title and I want to sell but my wife doesn't so please don't lo ball she is absolutely happy with her vehicle especially after I just dropped $3000 at bowser cadilac. My son mentioned to me that this would be a perfect vehicle for somebody that wanted to do UBER Black, believe me I didn't know what UBER Black is but I guess you need a escalade or up level SUV and you can make some serious coin.

Without question the best I've ever experienced in 40years!I am from Atlanta and worked with Scott Long to purchase a new 2014 Toyota Tundra. IN NO EVENT IS SELLER RESPONSIBLE TO BUYER FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL DIRECT OR INDIRECT COSTS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THOSE DAMAGES WERE FORSEEABLE. Force Majeure - Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance hereunder due in whole or in part to (i) acts of God, (ii) strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes, (iii) civil commotion, sabotage, fire, flood, or explosion, (iv) acts of any governmental agency or authority, (v) unforeseen circumstances (vi) inability to obtain or delay in obtaining any necessary governmental approvals, permits or licenses, (vii) mechanical failure, (viii) or any other cause which is not within the reasonable control of Seller, whether or not of the kind specifically enumerated above. 7. Choice of Law, Jurisdiction & Venue - The transaction to which this document relates shall be governed by the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In the event of any dispute between the parties arising out of this transaction, the parties agree and consent that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for the resolution of such dispute shall be Pennsylvanias Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 8. Notices - No notice or other communication is sufficient to affect any rights, remedies or obligations of either party unless the notice or communication is in writing and (as elected by the party giving the notice or communication) is (i) personally delivered, (ii) transmitted by facsimile (with a receipt acknowledgment), (iii) transmitted by electronic computer mail, (iv) transmitted by a recognized courier service or (v) mailed in registered or certified form, to the party to which notice or communication is being given. Notice shall be delivered to the address specified below. 9. General - In the event that any provision contained herein is held to be invalid or unlawful, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
