Nice top bows. Although the restoration appears to have been done a while ago, it has held up very nicely, with just a bit of age showing. An example of this is the inner top pads, which show signs of use. . Beautiful Engine Bay, with the 365 Cubic Inch Dual 4 Barrel 305 Horsepower Cadillac V-8! . Very clean engine bay . The cowl mounted trim tag is important, it shows the style number 56-6267SX. SX is the identifying code for the Eldorado option. . . Nice detailing and decals . Clean . Nice undersurface of the hood and nice clean hood pad . The frame in the engine bay was nicely painted when the car was restored.. Beautifully and correctly finished trunk . Nice! . 1962 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Convertible. Beautiful color combination, in the correct (code 10) ebony black paint, with correct (code 1) white convertible top, restored red bucket seat interior, excellent chrome, Factory A/C, loaded with options. This car is a factory Biarritz, (code 6367) not a clone or model 62 dressed as a Biarritz. Very nice car that needs some work, this car has been sitting for about 8 years, the brakes should be checked, car pulls to the right when applying the brakes, the drivers door power window and rear drivers side power windows do not work, car needs some front end work including upper control arm bushings, headlight high beams do not work. Paint is very nice, shines nicely but has typical door dings and chips in the paint from age and use. Colorado car, now has a North Carolina title. Lower rocker panel was repaired years ago and is starting to bubble in a couple areas. Over all, this is a nice car that is deserving of the cosmetic and mechanical work needed to make it a dialy driver or special weekend show cruiser.
