I purchased the car in 2007 with 32,000 miles, third owner and was sold in Kansas City and that's where it has stayed. Non smoking from day one, been in the rain three times, always garaged, only 1200 of these cars produced (ACS Tops), Transmission was remanufactured six years ago, new paint ($5487.42) 2009, new vogue tires 2010, new leather in drivers seat 2013, new top 2015. All of these things were done to keep the car number one in competition as I am a member of the old car unit in Ararat Shrine which has show car competition. Everything works good. Lifelong Cadillac owners lined up to buy the boat sized convertible cruiser and in fact, Cadillac had never built a Cadillac convertible of this size and most likely will never build one again. Cars have since shrunk in size and the idea of rolling down the street in a living-room-equipped vehicle outfitted with a 500 CI motor became a thing of the past. In terms of cruisers, there are not many comparables available today, sans a few Bentley or Rolls-Royce convertibles. Finished in Firethorn Metallic over a Red interior, this 1976 Cadillac Eldorado has traveled just over 13,800 miles and had 4 owners since new .The body of the car is in excellent condition and has benefited from lifelong garage storage and fair-weather driving. There has never been any active rust on the car so the panels remain free from unsightly repairs due to corrosion. The Eldorado has all original glass which is in wonderful condition and the front windshield has very few marks from road debris. The chrome on the Eldorado is original and has been well kept and the trim is excellent as well. The top on the car is the original convertible top and its high quality speaks to how well this Cadillac has been kept throughout the years. The car has been upgraded with Texas wire wheels, and big white walls from Coker Classics. Selling a nice 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible with only 35k actual miles on it...I got this car locally from an older gentleman who could no longer drive it...He owned it the last seven years and it mostly just sat in his garage...He bought it from the original owner in California and that is where the car lived the majority of its life...Car is in very good condition inside and out...I would call this car a "survivor" meaning it has not been restored and is in original pampered condition...I have the original owners manual in its vinyl pouch-in pristine condition...I also have the fiberglass parade boot that goes with the car along with the original spare and bumper jack...Deck lid and left front fender have been repainted at some point...I just put all four brand new tires on about three weeks ago...Car runs and drives excellent...Power top works great...Power windows/locks/seats all operate...Car has a/c but not blowing cold-If I get time I will charge it and get it operational...Again-the car is in very good condition but it is a 38 year old original...I have clean and clear title in hand...I have the car priced to sell...Hate to see it go but can't keep them all...I don't finance...I don't need help selling it...and I'm not interested in trades...SERIOUS buyers can reach me at 816-604-8094
