THIS IS A 1992 CADILLAC ELDORADO THAT I PURCHASED FROM A NEW CAR DEALER HERE IN WINSTON SALEM NC. THE ENGINE IS A 4.9 AND RUNS PERFECT, SO DOES THE TRANSMISSION. THE CAR IS GRAY WITH A BLACK VINYL TOP AND GRAY LEATHER INTERIOR.THE VINYL TOP IS GOOD EXCEPT FOR AROUND THE BACK GLASS WHERE IT IS RAGGED. I TRIED TO TAKE A PICTURE FOR YOU HOPE YOU CAN SEE IT.. THE CAR DOES HAVE A SALVAGE TITLE., BUT A LOT OF CARS THIS OLD HAS ONE. THE CAR IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE, LOOKS LIKE ORIGINAL PAINT, BUT I AM SURE IT HAS BEEN PAINTED AS IT IS IMMACULATE. THE GRILL, FRONT BUMPER AND REAR BUMPER ARE SUPER. THE TRUNK LID IS PERFECT AND THE PULL DOWNS WORK AS THEY SHOULD. THE HOOD SHOCKS WORK AS THEY SHOULD ALSO. THE TIRES ARE ABOUT 75 PERCENT. THE FACTORY WHEELS ARE GOOD BUT THE CENTERS ARE SCRATCHED.THE FRONT SEATS HAVE SEAT COVERS, BUT HAVE NOT TAKEN THEM OFF TO CHECK THE SEATS. BUT I ASSUME THEY ARE TORN. THE REAR SEAT IS PERFECT AND SO IS THE CARPET AND HEADLINER.THE POWER WINDOW ON DRIVERS SIDE WORKS, BUT PASSENGER DOES NOT. HAVE NOT CHECKED IT. DASH HAS NO SPLITS. NO REFUNDS. INFORMATION ON THE 1975 CADILLAC ELDORADO: FLEETWOOD ELDORADO The Eldorado lost its rear fender skirts this season and saw a major facelift, as well. Square headlamps were new. Wrap-around cornering lamps were gone, being replaced by a narrow, rectangular type, housed in the front fender tips. The parking lamps and directionals were placed in the bumper ends. Larger rear quarter windows appeared on the coupe and a new cross hatch grille was used on both styles. The rear fender wells were enlarged, causing the horizontal belt molding to end just ahead of the wheel openings. On the coupes, Fleetwood ornaments decorated the roof "C" pillar. Front-wheel-drive technology was retained.

Brakes have been checked and are working as they should. Here is little Factory history on this year caddy it was a monster of power the engine is an 8.2 liter v8 500ci with 400HP Ran 15.6 in 1/4 mile it was as fast as the corvette this year. Classic 1973 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible. Triple White. Reminds of the car Boss Hog drove in the Dukes of Hazzard. The car does run and drive, but could use some TLC to get it back to daily driver. Needs new top. The car has been parked indoors for some time with the top down and needs to be replaced. The top has some rips and tears. The power top still goes up and down. Paint is good, but not show quality. Some paint flaws and blemishes, but still looks great. Some rust on the underside of trunk lid. Interior is all there, but shows signs of wear and tear on a 42 year old car. Car Runs and Drives Great for a recent barn find. Can hear an exhaust leak. But the best part has to be the color. Most of the '76 convertibles were the white on white special edition, which are great cars, but we already see plenty of them. The sparkling blue paint, and tan cloth top, offer a distinctive look that grabs attention at car shows, and also looks contemporary enough to fit in during a night on the town. Just like the tan folding roof, the leather seats have a cool modern khaki look. The extra wide benches have seatbelts for six people, but not even the driver's seat shows any real wear. The interior has the kind of luxury that made these Cadillacs so special when new, and exceptionally desirable today. These are the features that you would even want on a brand new car, such as power windows, power locks, power seats, cruise control, tilt steering wheel, power convertible top, and air conditioning. The three-spoke wheel still feels soft to the touch, and all of the controls have a cool classic look and feel, but best of all, every feature functions perfectly. A Cadillac is a cool cruiser, and there's a lot going on beneath the metal. Just as this was promoted as the last American convertible, 1976 was the last year for the monstrous 500 cubic-inch V8 motor. General Motors was the final holdout of The Big Three to offer a full-size convertible, and the 1976 Cadillac Fleetwood Eldorado was its Alamo. These were promoted as the "Last of the Convertibles". While it would take it to the next decade for all three Detroit automakers to get back into ragtops, GM was not a really misleading with this Eldorado. Cars like this ended the era of the traditional American convertible that was big, roomy, and floated over the road with complete comfort. That legacy is why this Eldorado was kept in such pristine condition to this day. The body is as straight as the day it left Detroit. The great color bronze paint with original black hubcaps is as cool to collectors today because it has that popular retro feel. While all of these elements show this car has been well maintained, Cadillacs of this era have telltale signs of true care. Take a look at the plastic panels that fill the area between the metal body and the front and rear marker lights. These wouldn't have survived nearly four decades without a loving caretaker. And the owner really cared for this beauty, take a look at the included folder that comes with original window sticker, warranty card, bill of sale, dealer invoice, owner's manual, and full maintenance records. Inside is the kind of luxury that made these Cadillacs so special when new, and exceptionally desirable today. You will find the kind of options that you would expect in a brand new car, such as power windows, power locks, power seats, cruise control, tilt/telescoping steering wheel, and air conditioning. Emission regulations of that era had started to take out some of the horsepower, but this Caddy has no trouble moving because it still makes about as much torque as a modern V8 Chevy truck! The cruising attitude is heightened by a smooth-shifting three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes with discs at all four corners. There will never be another drop top cruiser that seats six people comfortably in such a luxuriously cool way.
