This is a rare (1 of 534 produced) and gorgeous 2016 Cadillac ELR plug-in hybrid luxury coupe. If you are looking at this auction, you probably already know what this car is all about, so I won't copy and paste a bunch of specs from the Cadillac website. I'm selling it because I just got a new job and it looks like I'll need a sedan in the immediate future. Suffice it to say that these cars came loaded and are quite a bit more powerful than the 2014 version of the ELR, with a 0-60 time of 6.4 seconds in Sport mode. The updated 2016 Cue System works great as well, without the laggy response of the earlier versions. The 5,000-mile service was done and a humidity sensor was adjusted and volume control software was updated at the time...that's the only trip I've made to the dealer. I am the original owner and bought this car new from Val Ward Cadillac in Ft. Myers, FL in June of 2016. Options on this car include sunshade and all weather mats (front and rear) in addition to the carpeted floor mats. This car currently has a little under 7,700 miles and the original bumper-to-bumper 4-year 50,000-mile warranty remain in effect. The powertrain warranty is 6 years or 70,000 miles. Battery and other specific extended-range components warranty is 8 years or 100,000 miles. So, lots of warranty left. As you can see by the pictures, this car is in like-new condition! 1957 CADILLAC ELDORADO BIARRITZ CONVERTIBLE- #489 OF 1800 PRODUCED. 3 OWNER CALIFORNIA BLACK PLATE CAR WITH 96,000 ORIGINAL MILES. I HAVE OWNED MANY OF THESE CARS OVER THE LAST 30 YEARS AND THIS IS A MOSTLY ORIGINAL RUST FREE CAR .THE FIRST OWNER WAS THE FAMOUS DANCE INSTRUCTOR -ARTHUR MURRAY. THE CAR WAS SOLD NEW IN CALIFORNIA. THE SECOND OWNER BOUGHT IT IN 1961 AND SOLD IT IN 1977 TO THE 3RD OWNER . THE ORIGINAL MATCHING NUMBER MOTOR WAS REBUILT IN 1983 BUT NOT FIRED UNTIL 2016 WHEN I GOT IT RUNNING.HE MOVED NEAR CADILLAC MICHIGAN IN 1994 AND I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM HIS SON . THIS BIARRITZ HAS SOME OF ITS ORIGINAL FACTORY PAINT-COPPER METALLIC. THE INTERIOR IS ORIGINAL COPPER LEATHER WITH THE FRONT SEAT REDONE IN VINYL IN 1977.WHILE THIS CAR HAS A SINGLE CARB, WHICH WAS SOMETIMES REPLACED AT THE DEALERSHIP, I DO HAVE A DUAL QUAD CARB SETUP, BUT IT NEEDS SOME WORK. I ALSO HAVE THE BARREL CLOCK., AND CALIFORNIA TITLE AND OWNERS MANUAL. THE CAR RUNS FROM THE GAS TANK AND MOVES. IT NEEDS BRAKE WORK AND SOME TRANS WORK. THE PASSENGER WINDOW STOPPED WORKING RECENTLY. THE FLOORS ARE RUST FREE ORIGINAL . THE BODY HAS HAD SOME PAINT WORK. IT ALSO HAS ITS ORIGINAL FIBERGLASS PARADE BOOT.. THE WINDSHIELD IS GOOD AND THE FRONT CHROME IS NICE. .GREAT CAR TO FINISH AS A DRIVER AND USE AS IS. OR TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL . THE COPPER COLOR IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES.
