This car has been in the family for years. I really haven't driven it. It's been stored in the garage, only time I took it out was for pictures. The rear passenger tire keeps going flat and needs replaced, and it will need some type of maintenance, mainly from not being started up for two years. It's likely something that someone that knows cars can fix on their own. I had it running fine to reach the gas station a few weeks ago, and then it was giving me issues on the way home. It would start and then stall when the car was at stop. Again, it's most likely something simple. I just don't know exactly what it is. I'll provide more pictures of the inside during the daytime tomorrow. I accept fair offers!

Not Your Grandfathers Buick anymore, this is a tubbed car with Mickey Thompson tires, narrowed 9 inch third member, mounted by coils and bars(trailing bars)......rides like a marshmellow in a cloud. The engine and transmission are from a 97 Camaro SS donor car, LTI engine and 6 speed manual transmission. the electronics and harness are from the same car, as is the dash panel which is craftily recessed into the Buick dash and disguised with the Buick speaker cover. For the custom body, an Olds bumper was modified to give the wide-mouth opening in the grill... a corvette grill with extra teeth and two running lights complete the picture....hood was smoothed and vents contoured into the sides. Tail lights from a 59 caddy are molded into the rear of the fenders, and a smooth pan fills in the back of the car.....we have the side chrome if you want it for extra price, but the bottom pieces are missing the waterfall effect. Rear seat is a wrapper from BMW, front buckets from a Pontiac we need a 500.00 dollar non-refundable down payment in 24 hrs and balance by cash, cashier check or wire transfer in 7 days of the close, shipping is cost of buyer we will help load, car runs and brakes work we are in the process of painting the dash and installing power windows, and door panels, which are done but need to be installed, I will add pictures when they are done

Motor has been completely rebuilt, I have pictures and documentation. Radiator and many other components have been reconditioned or replaced. Transmission shifts perfect. Motor, transmission, and under the hood components are in great shape, the body and floor pans are not in great shape. This is a northern car so it does have rust. I just don't have the time that this car deserves. If you are serious about this vehicle, I am sure you have many other questions. I am more than willing to answer them.

Rare 1969 Buick Riviera . Car has just recently arrived here from California . Very straight and solid body . Engine runs very well , and transmission shifts smooth . Car has been in storage most of its' life .It has the 7.0 liter 430 big block . Car starts right up and is very quiet ( of course , if I kept her , that would have to change .) She needs to be heard . Very powerful . Underside is solid . Have the original hubcaps for her , but somebody had changed the rims at some point , and the hubcaps will not fit over the hump around the rims . 69's are very hard to come by . The interior needs to be redone . There is a lot of cracking , which I can only assume is from the California sun . Power windows are not working , but may just be a fuse . They are getting no power . There are a lot of interior trim pieces in the back seat . There is also the sun visors , and the missing vents , clock , glove box , and etc all in the back seat as well to put back into the dash . This is a VERY solid and good running restoration car . It has almost 32,000 original miles on the car .

Car is in really good condition. It was bought in Portland Oregon in 1995. Took home the Presidents Award at The Concoures Forest Grove in 1998. Was in the Portland Roaster Show in 1999. Went to Reno for Hot August Nights six years in a row. A great cruising car on the road. You provide shipping. $1000.00 down into my Pay Pal account and the rest wired to the bank account.

This 1970 Buick Riviera is in excellent condition with zero rust. Originally from South Dakota. It's obvious it was rarely if ever driven in bad weather. The undercarriage is very clean. It was repainted in it's original color and looks great, as does the chrome. The interior is all original and looks very nice. Mechanically it is in tip top shape. This car was very well maintained. Everything works including the heat and air conditioning, although the clock doesn't. I was told the the heater core was replace as well as the electric fuel pump, and the gas tank I believe. The 455/370 HP runs great and drives excellent as well. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

1985 Buick Riviera with super-low mileage - 26,355. NEVER in winter salt or even rain. So there is NO rust and never any body work. I had the bumper fillers professionally painted and installed last year. Drives and runs as new! Mint blue interior. All options work except the remote trunk release in glove box. Factory electric sunroof, cold air, all options except leather seats. You probably won't find a nicer one - especially with low miles! If you would like to see the car or ask questions call 440-458-0136. Located just south of Cleveland, Ohio.

If not for a certain split-window Corvette, a very good argument could be made that this was the most spectacular car built in 1963, and today the design is holding up beautifully, with chiseled good looks that look like nothing else on the road. And while these cars were always second-class citizens in the collector car world, the market has recently discovered how gorgeous they are to look at and how wonderful they are to drive. As a result, prices are inching up steadily and finding a good, solid, original car is getting more challenging all the time. Quite honestly, if this one doesn't sell, I’m going to keep it for myself. The cowl tag says this one was originally code H Glacier Blue, which was very light and icy, but today it's a lot closer to perhaps code F Marlin Blue with just a touch of gunmetal gray mixed in. So it's not totally authentic, but it looks spectacular in every way. Hailing from California, this super straight Riv wears the paint extremely well, with ripple-free bodywork, good gaps, and crisp character lines that make the most of Bill Mitchell's greatest effort. Finish quality is very good, certainly in line with the very reasonable price tag, and as far as we can tell, that's all original sheetmetal on the car. The doors open and close easily without a big slam and gaps are good all around. The cool creases on the roof are almost sharp enough to give you a paper cut and if you sight down the sides of the car, you'll find that someone invested a lot of time in blocking the bodywork before a drop of paint was sprayed. The chrome is probably original, and in very good condition, but there are a few light signs of age and the dime-sized plastic Riviera emblem on the nose is pretty deteriorated, but otherwise it presents quite well. Like I said, I like this one enough to make it a permanent part of my personal collection. I'm inclined to believe that most of the code 787 black cloth and vinyl interior is original and holding up rather well. The funky brocade cloth inserts are pure 1960s cool and aside from the passenger's front seat back, which is a slightly different color (a little more gray) it appears to be factory-original stuff. It shows some minor signs of use and age, but the preservation is quite impressive overall. Seat belts have been fitted and the carpets may have been replaced, but there's no question that the door panels and dash are original. And speaking of the dash, it's a beautiful combination of black camera-case textured surfaces and brushed metal, a very period look that seems upscale and elegant to us today. The two big, round dials for the driver include a speedometer (with speed alert) and warning lights for the secondary functions. You'll note that this car has factory A/C which has been recently serviced and filled with R134a refrigerant so it'll be easy to recharge should it be necessary in the future. The original AM/FM radio still lives up high in the dash and the ventilation controls are neat aircraft-type sliders under the dash hood. Demerits include a thumb-sized hole in the headliner above the passenger front window and a rather cheesy homemade shift quadrant indicator in the console that has gotten wet (it actually looks like it was made on an inkjet printer), and, of course, the clock doesn't work. On the other hand, the gauges are bright and crisp, the chrome and trim is excellent, and there are Buick floor mats keeping it protected. The trunk is upholstered in gray carpet which looks fantastic even if it's not totally correct, and there's a full-sized spare and jack assembly just in case. If you haven't experienced the power of a Nailhead V8, this is a great opportunity. Actually, I should say it's torque that you'll be experiencing, and this big luxury coupe moves like a muscle car thanks to the robust 401 cubic inch Buick V8. Not shared with any other division, this smooth powerplant is the ideal choice for the Riviera and with a few modest upgrades, it's a show piece as much as a driving force. Obviously it's dressed for show, with a chrome air cleaner, finned valve covers and matching valley cover, as well as correct corporate Turquoise paint on the block itself. You can see evidence of both clean California living as well as recent service work in the master cylinder, A/C system, and alternator, and the overall condition is quite impressive. Yes, it has been driven, but a weekend spent really scrubbing the little nooks and crannies would make this a show-worthy engine bay. It also runs superbly, starting with a surprisingly robust bark from the custom Flowmaster dual exhaust system and there are no disappointments on the road where its torque curve is as wide and flat as Death Valley. The original Turbine Drive transmission was a descendant of the Dynaflow, but when it was time for repairs, it was instead replaced with a more familiar TH350 3-speed automatic which is responsive and crisp-shifting and a lot easier for which to find parts and service. Tallish 3.23 gears in back make it a fantastic highway cruiser that feels like it could run forever without getting tired. Smooth road manners, powerful brakes with upgraded front discs, and a well-sorted suspension give this car the feel of a much more contemporary machine. The 16-inch polished American Racing wheels are a dramatic statement that works really well (I wouldn't change a thing!) and wear tall 235/60/16 front and 255/65/16 rear Goodyear radials that fill the fenders properly. Early Rivieras are not going to get more affordable and if I had to pick five cars that were going to be worth more in five years than they are today, this car would be on that list. Great colors, smart upgrades, and a killer look all add up to a first-rate hobby car at a price that just can't be beat. SeatsMap LightMetallic PaintRadial tiresRear-Wheel DriveV-Style EngineThe short version of this 1963 Buick Riviera is that it's a super-clean California car with factory A/C and some mild appearance upgrades that give it awesome presence. ONE OWNER 1966 Riviera. Car has 79,000 original miles. Body is very solid all the way around, must have been indoors its whole life and maintained. Looks like the paint is newer along with the windshield. Paint does have imperfections as any used car would have. Tires are about two years old. Engine starts and runs just as good as the day it left the factory. Recently put in spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and points. Has new brake shoes, rubber lines, and seals all the way around along with a new power booster and master cylinder. Drums were cut and they work great. Interior is in good shape with buckets and console, AM radio and heater, power windows and locks. Drivers bucket needs some vinyl repair on top corner. Great car to just get into and enjoy driving. This is not a cream puff or show car, but rather an excellent looking driver quality car.

Black vinyl interior ... Power windows ... Power seat ... 430 CID V-8 ... 74,600 original miles ... "Youve always known that someday youd be driving the finest car on the road. Why not today?" These were the words with which Buick lured buyers to its showrooms in 1968 to experience firsthand its elegant Riviera. Always a car of distinction, as Buicks flagship model, the Riviera exemplified a unique combination of styling, luxury, and sportiness that appealed to the well-heeled. This gorgeous 1968 Buick Riviera is finished in Midnight Teal Metallic. Adding further distinction to its appearance are its wire wheel hub caps and hide-away headlamps—a feature unique to the Riviera. The original interior is similarly refined and is luxuriously appointed. Youll appreciate the optional extra-cost custom trim interior, which features high quality Black all-vinyl Strato seats. Tasteful use chrome and brushed stainless steel strike just the right balance of luxury and sportiness. The seating areas, carpeting, dashboard, door panels, and headliner are in excellent original condition, and exhibit only the most minimal wear.
