1941 Buick Super 3-Passenger Business CoupeFrame-On RestorationNewer Paint and Chrome248 cid Fireball Straight-EightRear Jump SeatsBody by FisherRare 1 of 2,452MotoeXotica is proud to announce another classic American automobile, a 1941 Buick Super 3-Passenger Business Coupe. Using General Motors new C-body platform, Buick began to offer four different body styles of their Series 50 Super; with the 3-passenger business coupe being one of the rarest body styles. By the time Buick was done with their Super B-Series production, a total of 93,865 Supers were produced; from that total only 2,452 Super 3-Passeneger Business Coupes were produced. That equates to just over 2.5% of the Super%26#8243; total production leaving the factory as Business Coupes! This particular model%26#8243; rarity is due to the fact that 1941 was the only year of production. Buick created their Super series by using a combination of two different cars they already offered; the Roadmaster and Series Special 40. From the cowl back, the Roadmaster body was placed on the C-body frame, the Series Special 40 front clip completed the car. The result of that combination was an economical body design with voluminous interior room, while providing better fuel economy. This formula is still used in many luxury cars today. For instance most companies offer their best luxury models with a base engine from a lower model for those who do not value performance and rather would have an economical engine with the same amount of luxury. This 3-Passenger Business Coupe is a stunning example of Buick%26#8243; Super Series model. As stated by the previous owner this car has been repainted and re-chromed approximately 15 to 20 years ago, the rich black paint is in very good condition and shows extremely well, along with all of the exterior chrome accessories and trim. The previous owner also stated this Buick underwent a frame-up restoration at time of repaint, and judging from the condition of the body it was done professionally. Both sealed beam headlights seem to be original and perform their intended function well. Only available on the 1941 Super Series was a redesign of the clam-shell style hood, which opens in one piece from either side of the car.Taking a step inside this classic American business coupe the amount of passenger space is immediately apparent. A tan vinyl bench seat, which is in excellent condition, allows enough room for the 3 passengers to ride in comfort. If more passengers need to enjoy this Buick, two tan vinyl rear jump seats are tucked away behind the front bench seat. The original steering wheel and Art Deco dashboard appears to be original and has aged gracefully with the car. Newer black rubber lines the floor pans and is period correct.Mechanically this Buick is powered by a straight-eight Fireball engine, which as previously mentioned, came over from the Buick%26#8243; Special Series 40. Mated to the Fireball is a column shifted 3-speed manual gearbox, delivering power to running gear in a smooth and proper manner. The rear suspension consists of leaf-springs connected to a straight or %26#8220;live%26#8221; rear axle; while the front is handled by independent coil spring suspension. All four wheels are stopped by drum brakes which are hidden behind what appear to be original wheels and hub caps. Finally Firestone whitewall tires are mounted to the wheels, there is also a full-size whitewall spare; all of the tires are in very good condition, only showing very minor road use. What are you waiting for? This is your chance to own a very rare, one year only, full-size classic American business coupe. This car is perfect for any Buick collector that is missing their showpiece Super Series! GET OUT AND DRIVE! Odometer currently reads 5,627, although it is possible for this to be original mileage, we do not have documentation to verify an actual mileage claim.WE BUY CARS! 2004 Buick Rainer GNX1 of 1General Motors concept prototypeOut of GM%26#8243; factory museum+600hp Supercharged V-8Borla ExhaustOnly 5,957 MilesSold on Bill of Sale only (not on title)MotoeXotica is pleased to announce our latest addition, a one of one Buick Rainer GNX concept prototype. Released by General Motors in 2007 during their bankruptcy, they needed to show good faith that General Motors was trying to obtain money from their assets. Since the federal government passed legislation to %26#8220;bailout%26#8221; General Motors with billons of federal tax money, there needed to be an effort on General Motors part to sell their assets and recoup some money. Thus they decided to sell numerous cars out of their factory museum, including this Buick Rainer GNX. Sold originally to Coury Buick in Mesa the dealership used the car for display and promotional opportunities. It was never sold publicly at the dealership because it is an actual concept car and has no title nor can it be driven on public roads. However since it is a concept prototype, it%26#8243; the only existing model in the world. It would complement any Regal GNX, or Grand National owners collection and be a bragging point that no other collector could ever own in the world!General Motors basically took their Buick Rainer SUV platform and tied it back to Buicks iconic muscle car the Regal GNX. Keeping true to the original GNX didn%26#8244; seem to be a priority however; the Regal GNX was powered by a V-6 turbocharged engine. This Rainer, however is powered by a Magnuson supercharged 5.3 LM 4 all alluminum block and head V-8 which General Motors claims to make north of 600 horsepower. The massive amount of power is managed through an all-wheel drive system, similar to the Trailblazer SS. New custom chrome wheels were added along with a complete Borla exhaust system; giving the Rainer GNX a very healthy muscle car tone. With the Borla exhaust paired with the Magnuson roots style supercharger, this car sounds amazing and is truly something special. GNX Supercharged badges adorn both front doors, as well as, the rear tailgate and instrument cluster. The interior was%26nbsp; custom upholstered in black and grey two-tone leather seats, which are in very good condition. General Motors put an entirely new gauge cluster with GNX badging inside, letting the driving know that this Rainer is something special. Finally they installed a DVD, TV, and navigation screen in the center console, that otherwise would never be found on any other Rainer. Along with a DVD entertainment system mounted to the ceiling to entertain the back passengers. With a hundred percent confidence this Rainer GNX is one-of-a-kind!What are you waiting for? This is your opportunity to own a GM museum piece that otherwise would never see the public%26#8243; eye if the company hadn%26#8244; gone through financial hardships. GET OUT AND DRIVE!%26nbsp;%26nbsp;%26nbsp; VIN 5GAET13P8420029EX- Note the \"EX\" in the VIN for Experimental. Sold on Bill of Sale ONLY, with No Title. Ad provided by OldCarOnline.com/cond>
