We're selling our 86 Grand National with 28,000 miles. We build a new shop car every few years to prototype our new products on, and get the bugs worked out. We built this car here at SD Concept Engineering (SDCE) to prototype new products for our AFI intake manifold line (it has the AFI CNC manifold #3 on it). We also use the car to show customers what 800+ horsepower really feels like to drive to make sure it is really what they want us to build for them. This is absolutely the nicest and most well-built street-strip car you will find, it’s not some auction junker. We have over 60k worth of time and parts invested in this build. The car ran a 9.13 @ 150mph on Oct 29th at New England Dragway. This car is turn key and ready to go. Car currently has 37 passes on it and can be street driven. After it ran a 9.13 @ 150, we had it independently dyno’d and she put down 776 RWHP on 16lbs of boost. Purchase includes; A track rental at New England Dragway to show the new owner the ropes of racing a 9 second car (how to use computer and data recorder, how to set up chassis, launch procedure, tire pressure etc.) 28,000 original miles on body, interior and frame 71 miles on drive train ENGINE DETAILS Engine is a professionally built 355ci small block.
