Up for your consideration is a stunning 1990 Buick Reatta Convertible with only 70,000 original miles! For those of you unfamiliar with this vehicle, feel free to do a little research. The history is fascinating! They were hand built and hand painted with an original sticker price fetching more than $36,000! My late Uncle left me the car about a year ago. He was the original owner and a collector of coupes and convertibles of all kinds. If he couldn't afford to buy the real vehicle he wanted, he would go to a hobby shop and buy a plastic model to put together. These vehicles are one of the best automobile investments and they are up 20% from just 2 years ago! Less than 2,400 were ever made. If this is the vehicle you have your heart set on ...you found the diamond here! It is absolutely immaculate thru-out! It drives...looks and even smells like a brand new car. It has always been garage kept in a climate controlled garage and it was never driven in the wintertime. From the onset of my ownership, I had my mechanic go over everything with a fine tooth comb. All the fluids have been changed and a new battery was installed. My mechanic has given it a clean bill of health! All the belts and hoses are pliable and in excellent condition. Everything functions properly from the headlights to the power antenna. I know that approximately 2 years ago my Uncle had replaced the top with a very high quality one including a glass, not plastic, rear window w/ defroster. The headliner is also brand new! The car has also been outfitted with larger wheels and tires that give this Reatta a very sporty look. The tires have been upgraded to 17 inches and are wrapped in new Sumitomo rubber all the way around. For the true collectors out there, I do have the original 15 inch Reatta aluminum alloy wheels(without tires). The vehicle never sat unused for a extended period of time. It is completely road ready for cruising, shows and events. I am looking for a serious immediate cash buyer for the car and will not entertain any "book value type offers ".
