The M Coupe in it's first generation offered a perplexing look according to some, but when you look closely you recognize what BMW did; They created a purpose-built 2-seat all business missile, with big flares and, dare-I-say, lines that are instant classic. Most importantly, BMW upped the ante to a level no one else dared by featuring the M3's S54 powertrain in 2001 and 2001, producing 315 horsepower, making it one of the fastest BMW's ever to hit US shores at the time. The downside is, only 690 were brought to the US, making it both difficult to find AND worthy to collect.
