2003 BMW X5 3.0i X-Drive Sport We are pleased to present this absolutely incredible and very, very CLEAN BMW X5 3.0i. This particular example is crammed with options including the Sport Package, Power Folding Rear Seat, Anthracite Headliner and Pillars (very rare!), and much more! The X5 has long been regarded as the ultimate SUV for luxury, handling charecteristics, and appearance, and this car is a perfect example of why that is. And now, we get to the most important part. This X5 is configured with the nearly unicorn-rare 5 speed manual transmission. That combined with the sport package makes this X5 an awesome machine for somebody who wants the ultimate sporty SUV. What makes this X5 even more special is the fact that it has never seen a northern winter. Its first owner lived in Florida, and its second owner in Arizona. The interior of this X5 is in very, very good condition. It has sand (tan) dakota leather heated seats which are just beautiful. The leather is in fantastic condition, and is still soft enough to retain the "bunching" around the edges. The hand brake lever is leather-wrapped, as is the steering wheel and shift knob on the 5 speed manual shifter. This X5 has the beautiful Vavona Redwood accents which are part of the sport package. The Vavona redwood is absoulutely beautiful with the sand interior. The car has the premium Hi-Fi audio system which features a single disc CD player in the dash. As is fairly typical for this age of BMW, there are some dead pixels on the radio display screen. The previous owner of this car was definitely a non-smoker. There is a cup holder that accommodates two beverages and two unused ash trays. This BMW has dual front airbags, as well as front side airbags. It also has HPS curtain airbags. The cargo area is very large and in fantastic condition. The original carpet floor mats are there and in nearly new condition. The car has a power moonroof and has been outfitted with an anthracite headliner -- a BMW Individual option which was outfitted specifically by being special ordered, and was very expensive to configure. It's pretty cool because it matches the black on the top of the dash. This X5 also has the power folding rear seat which allows it to recline by using buttons in the rear seat area, or to fold flat for long loads of cargo by using buttons inside the rear hatch. All four keys are included. Two remote keys, one valet/service key, and one wallet key. The exterior of this X5 is in stunning condition and has hardly any flaws at all. It is Oxford Green in color which is a dark green that looks incredible in direct sunlight. Seeing this color on an X5, especially a manual transmission sport package model is so cool. The contrast of the Oxford Green over the Sand Dakota leather makes the car absolutely striking. The car has its original 18 inch BMW sport alloy wheels which are in fantastic condition. The car has had only two owners since it was new, and seems to have been serviced exceptionally well. There is absolutely no rust or signs of winter use on the car at all. That's because the first owner lived in Florida, and the second owner lived in Arizona. It has never seen a northern winter since it was new! The underside of the car also reflects this as there isn't a hint of rust anywhere. There are hardly any stone chips on the front end! The tires are in great shape with good tread life remaining. Choice of Law, Jurisdiction & Venue - The transaction to which this document relates shall be governed by the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In the event of any dispute between the parties arising out of this transaction, the parties agree and consent that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for the resolution of such dispute shall be Pennsylvanias Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 8. Notices - No notice or other communication is sufficient to affect any rights, remedies or obligations of either party unless the notice or communication is in writing and (as elected by the party giving the notice or communication) is (i) personally delivered, (ii) transmitted by facsimile (with a receipt acknowledgment), (iii) transmitted by electronic computer mail, (iv) transmitted by a recognized courier service or (v) mailed in registered or certified form, to the party to which notice or communication is being given. General - In the event that any provision contained herein is held to be invalid or unlawful, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
