The car is mechanically sound, engine runs smooth and responds, accelerates as should, there are no electrical problems, no mechanical issues and no fluid leaks. The AC is VERY cold by Texas standards and the heater works well for this current cold weather. The interior is clean with nice grey leather, VERY nice wood trim, all windows and interior electronics work The exterior is a very clean GREY paint that is still decent for an 9 year old car with some imperfections that come with age, comes with extra features like alloy wheels, sunroof. You are bidding on a vehicle in real good condition. Some time ago it was involved in an accident with some VERY LIGHT damage to the front right side of the car as a result. It had the right headlight replaced & the right fender repaired. Thankfully, none of the air bags were deployed. Pictures of previous VERY LIGHT damage are above, with proof that airbags did NOT deploy. This SUV was repaired with all original BMW parts by a professional body shop in the Dallas, TX area. This vehicle has a Nebraska Salvage title, it can be registered and insured in any state, but you need to check with your state DMV to see what steps are required before buying. Once registered you will receive a regular clean or rebuilt title from your state DMV. It is currently not registered. Buyer will have to register it in his state of residence, which may or may not involve some extra steps compared to registering a clean title vehicle. We can help registering it in Texas at buyer's request (reg. fee will apply). Defects: Airbags did NOT deploy, but light on will try and get that fixed before sale - Few hail dings on hood, small ding on rear bumper - see pictures.
