This car is in pristine condition - I've owned it since June 2008 and have used the car personally as my daily driver ever since. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this car mechanically and all servicing has been performed by the highly esteemed BMW specialists Precision Motors (in Costa Mesa, CA) since 2010 except for the clutch replacement which was done by Taylor Co BMW in Pomona, CA. All original paint. The interior is very clean (see photos), fully loaded with the BMW iPhone/iPod interface. There is only one flaw in the interior and that is one of the a/c vents had the horizontal grill taken out (see photo) but I assume this is a very cheap fix. All maintenance up to date - new battery installed and 2 rear tires put on in February 2015 at 110k miles. Oil change performed and brand new clutch installed (paid over $2,300!) in June 2015 at 113,100 miles. Clear title and clean CarFax history. There are some curb marks on two of the wheels (front driver side and rear passenger side) but I would say the overall condition of the wheels is above average given the vehicle's age. I will also throw in a case of M-oil which has 9-10 quarts still in the box. The M5 takes about a quart of oil every 1,000 miles so the free case is a big convenience and will keep you covered for about a year. I am very meticulous and knowledgeable in respect to this car and have a long track record and history with this car so you can be confident that you will be getting the highest quality M5 with no hidden issues. Bottom-line, this car is a BEAST, is in tip top condition, and is definitely for the driving enthusiast - the V10 engine outputs 500 hp and 383 ft-lbs of torque, and 0-60 time is under 4.8 seconds. I prefer face-to-face deals and local pickup but will assist with shipping at the buyer's expense.
