I am looking for money to invest in a home. More info about the car:-REINFORCED REAR SUBFRAME-2 front tires Sumitomo HTR ZIII (never installed)-Solid Rear Trailing Arm Bushings-Serviced differential output shaft seals (05/2015)-Purchased in 2013 (83XXX miles). Clean Title in hand.-New Auto dim Mirror at 83K miles. -Car is garaged all winter (no snow, no salt driving)-Leisure car (NO TRACK), less than 5000 miles/year.-Non-smoker-Carfax is available up 82945miles (time I purchased car).-Records (private and commercial) for all maintenance (and part sources/numbers)-High-pressure wash (no hands) twice a month (not during snow) -Third party double din (with ipod interface that works with iphone5, bt, android, which includes navigation). Stock was business cassette (still have it and I can reinstall).-LED angel eyes (can be removed). IMPORTANT: Rod-bearing recall was serviced by BMW at 35947 miles in 12/2003 (Northwest BMW, Owings Mills, MD). Inspection I Criteria (at 90000 miles): 1. Valve specs checked on 4/30/2015 at York automotive2. Differential Fluid replaced at 83XXXmiles, all differential seals replaced as of 05/2015.3. Engine oil (and filter) replaced ~3000miles ago (because oil temperature sensor was replaced)4. Replaced Filters (cabin and engine) 05/2015.
