2002 BMW M3, 2dr., black leather interior, 6 speed SMG transmission, 133,xxx miles, Kenwood flip screen stereo, race headers, fully adjustable bilstein coil overs on all 4 corners. Car has been well cared for. Never wrecked. I am the 3rd owner. It is 13 years old so it is not show room perfect. It has the same exact interior as every other E46 series on the road, BUT, for those asking for pics of the interior, interior pics have been added. And also, for whatever reason, a pic of the engine bay too. The cloth on the A-pillars is starting to come undone, an easy fix with some 3M tack glue. The WORSE part of the interior is the left bolster of the drivers seat, it just shows visual wear from getting in and out the car (please see pic). NEEDS.... oil change, oil pan gasket (leaks about 1/2 quart every 3,000 miles), drivers door lock cylinder (cylinder just spins and does not lock or unlock door). CAR HAS NO MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL ISSUES AND IS VERY DEPENDABLE. It is very quick and extremely fun to drive. No joy rides and no tire kickers. Serious buyers only. $8,000. The price is FIRM, as the car is priced VERY reasonable and under value. Despite the very minimal things the car needs, it is in PHENOMENAL SHAPE for the year of the car and the asking price. I don't HAVE to or NEED to sell the car, it has just been sitting, for over 9 months since our new baby was born. The car needs someone who will drive it, work on it, and not let it sit for a year at a time. I simply no longer have time for the car. Please PM for contact info. I have done all the work for this car, only minor things to be addressed. Do yourself a favor, don't buy a project M3. It will cost you way more to rebuild everything (as I found out for myself). Just buy one in awesome condition already. Some things I've done:-Rebuilt/Resurfaced engine (only 6000 miles since then) -powersteering pump and hoses-alternator-coolant reservoir-radiator-K&N cold air-idler pulley-plugs-oil filter housing gasket-window regulators-new leather on vader seats-head liner-suspension-x brace-eibach sway bars-headlights-fog lights-tail lights-fan clutch-sunroof track-hood struts and clips-new tires-front brake rotors and padsThings needed to be addressed:-a/c compressor- it works, but I disconnected it because bearing is worn-clutch and shifter- I bought brand new UUC lightweight clutch/ pressure plate ($1000) and an auto solutions short shift w/ OEM m3 knob (almost $600). Just have to be installed!I guarantee you are getting your money's worth. Save yourself all the pain I already went through.

Up for sale is a 1996 BMW M3 black on black coupe with 179k in good running order and condition. Car runs fine with no major issues. Interior is in pretty good shape for its age. It has the genuine BMW LED tail lights that was available from 2003.5 and onward production model years. It also has the latest version of the genuine BMW radio head unit that enables Aux and Satellite XM. All of these options were professionally installed by my local BMW dealer. It has the 19 inch genuine BBS CH wheels with brand new Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. These wheels are produced by BBS specially for the BMW E46 M3 and are very sought after. Oil changes done every 6 months regardless of the mileage along with the replacement of air filter at each oil change. I'm not in a rush to sell it, however I am looking to open up a space in my garage for another weekend toy, possibly a Porsche GT3 RS. To avoid joy riders and pass down a pristine car to the next owner, I will not allow for test drives until a cashier check is provided. This isn't a unmaintained dealer car that was traded in by a careless owner, it is a true enthusiast's car that is still as fresh as the day it rolled off from BMW.

The car runs exceptionally well, although it should not be surprising seeing as how the miles are so low. The exterior, transmission and engine are in excellent shape, the interior is about a 7/10 for a 13 year old car. I am selling the car in order to get a truck and a boat as I have become addicted to fishing. If it is any consolation, my father and I have been selling vehicles for years and have never sold a “lemon” or a problem vehicle; rebuilt titles included.
