I am selling my 2002 BMW M3 convertible. The car is in pristine almost like new condition. The car has never seen rain or snow or bad roads- gravel/dirt. It runs and drives excellent. Brand new tires, brand new oil, air and cabin filters. Paint shows like new. Excellent color combination with matching hard top. Harmon Kardon Stereo, heated seats, headlight washers, matching BMW car cover. M3 floor and trunk mats. Polished Borla exhaust system. Otherwise completely stock. Mobile 1 oil used since new. This car has been babied, meticulously maintained and runs like new. Just under 44,000 miles. Service just done 800 miles ago. Very low miles for the year. Never tracked, abused raced or driven hard. This was our weekend get away car and it was washed and waxed religiously. You will be hard pressed to find another e46 m3 convertible in better unmolested .condition

The body looks straight and the paint looks good overall, but it does show some dings, scratches, etc. The tires are a matching set with good tread. There are no cracks in the windshield, but it does show some typical road wear, rock chips, etc. It has the typical scratches/dings/dents/rock chips that you'd expect, that are consistent with age and use on a 1999 convertible, but it still has an overall nice look. Please look over our many pictures and give us a call if you have any questions or would like us to do a walk around. We take over 80 pictures of each vehicle. Interior The interior of this M3 is in overall good shape. The leather looks good overall, but does show some wear and blems. The carpets are in good shape overall, but do show some wear. The headliner has been cleaned and has a good overall look to it. The air blows cold - we ran it for over 30 minutes while taking pictures. It doesn't appear to have been smoked in as there is no odor of such. It has the typical light scuffs, blems, etc. that you'd expect on a used vehicle, but it still has an overall good look to it, and it certainly looks to have been taken care of. Mechanics This I6 starts right up and idles fine and has good power and acceleration and drives straight down the road. THE CONVERTIBLE TOP IS INOPERABLE, WON'T GO DOWN, AND WON'T BE FIXED PRIOR TO SELLING. A/C controls intermittently don't work. It has a good solid feel to it. Brakes feel good. We’ve inspected and detailed it and it’s ready to drive wherever you need. Comments We don't have sales people on our ebay listings, so we don't have the typical 30% to 40% costs/markup associated with such, and we don't have huge markups, but feel free to call with any reasonable offers.
