The black convertible top is clean with the rear window having some fog. The convertible motor works perfectly. It comes with a rare, highly valued removable, matching hardtop. Additionally it has a wind screen for use when the top is down. It has Rogue after market exhausts that sound incredible. To compliment the black top it has premium black alloy wheels with tires that have less than 2000 miles on the tread. The engine has been well maintained and runs smooth. I bought this 2003.5 E46 M3 in early 2014. The motor and power is amazing, never felt a car so much fun to drive, the feel and sound combine, nothing like it. I love the car, power is great. The turbo can build so much low end power but because of the higher RPMs the S54 can do and the stock gearing it keeps on going when you are on it. The motor and turbo also sound amazing. Car still runs great. I have however made a few changes which I will list everything below which most of it is a copy and paste from the prior ad. I still need to get the wiring for the seats but I should have it in the next couple of weeks. I have the console switch installed for them.-Added the ghost sub-Maximum PSI Exhaust (no cat)-Orion V4 Halos-New fuel filter-Bav Sound Ghost Sub At the time of buying this, I was looking for a force induction E46 M3 which it seemed that generally forced induction M3 with a basic supercharger pushing 425hp (at the crank, not wheel) will sell for about 20-25K depending on how clean the car was and mileage; and that is with a ~$5,000 supercharger setup. I was looking for either a stock E46 M3 then to install the Maximum PSI turbo or one with one already installed and I came across this car. I paid over 30 for it which I didn't think was a steal but was a good deal based on the total package being the best force induction setup, best braking, best suspension, etc...which all is relatively new. Please note that the red wiring you see in the front by the headlights is for the halos. I haven't gone through and cleaned it up just yet. I wanted to do a couple of changes in the wiring, such as AEM failsafe AFR instead of the Stack, so I was just waiting for that and then using a split loom to console the wiring. Before I bought it, the car was PPI at EAS in Anaheim and passed with flying colors. The only issue it currently has is I accidentally reset the boost controller so the turbo isn't fully dialed in. I really don't drive the car much so I haven't spent much time on dialing it for most efficiently.
