The only thing available in the market is carbon fiber overlay that people put on the steering wheel trim. The car currently has 143k miles. If you know cars you know mileage is irrelevant. What matters is the maintenance done to the car. A car that has 70k miles does not necessarily mean it is better than a 147k mile one if it has not been properly cared for.
