You won't find a 6 speed 2005 M3 with a non salvage/rebuilt title for this price. Has some dings, and some spider cracks that aren't too bad, but are there. A little rust bubble forming too. What matters is that mechanically it is sound. Passed emissions last month, all monitors ready, no lights on. Original key with fob plus valet key included, along with owner's manual and tow hook. During cold mornings the check engine light sometimes comes on and goes away, it's a code for the efficiency of one of the catalytic converters, it's a common issue and can either be tuned out by tuning the DME at the dealership, or most upgrade to headers with no cats and a tune. Doesn't bother me since I pass emissions just fine and only happens during the cold weather. I haven't seen any other SMG to 6 speed converted cars being for sale yet. This means the parts are about a year old so no smg issues or clutch jobs to worry about for a very long time. It's not a cheap swap, prepare to pay between $4,000-$5,000 for the conversion depending on brand of parts used and region of where it's done. Also have a loan on it, but I'll pay it off ahead of time if it sells. Obtaining my title will take about 5 days from my bank. Shipping arrangements etc. can be done while I wait for the title. Just a refundable $500 deposit has to be paid within 48 hrs of winning to assure buyer is serious. ***over $6,000 in receipts during my ownership of maintenance done within the last 8,000 miles or sooner. Major SMG transmission to 6 speed conversion (never have to deal with SMG issues again. Other recent maintenance includes tensioner replacement, cpv valve, oil pan gasket, Power steering fluid, using oem parts only. Valve adjustment, transmission fluid, differential fluid replacement, control arm with bushings, tires and brakes (rotors and pads). Ebay rear carbon fiber diffuserRear sub frame inspection--all is well currently.VANOS Pulls hard, and drives like a healthy e46 M3. Could use a wheel balance and alignment since the wheels weren't balanced when I had the tires mounted and an alignment wasn't done when I had the control arm replaced. Rear differential fluid has been replaced with BMW original fluid, but occasionally does the typical grown during tight turns. It goes away once you do a couple turns. Very common sound on these cars.
