Mainly sustained a light bump under the driver rocker. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale in the condition you see it on the pics. No middle man involved. We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) at hand and ready to transfer to the new owner. Such vehicles can be legally returned back to the roads after repairs and your state motor vehicles inspection. Damaged areas are clearly shown in the pictures below. Looks like it was a very light bump right under the driver rocker, overall undercarriage is good with no major damage. The rocker bump caused the driver door bag to deploy. The car will come with a brand new airbag and seat belt (see pic below). The rest of the body is in good condition with great looking paint. Front grilles were broken at some point and needs replacement (get them easily here on ebay). Interior is clean. We test drove the vehicle and all gears shift normal and car drives great. Engine runs great! Power convertible top opens/closes with the push of a button and soft top in great condition. Has good looking tires and the extra large M sport wheels. The great news is that the car starts, engine runs good, goes into gear and we are able to drive it with speeds up to 80mph. Overall should be a very easy fixer with almost no body work. Just reinstall the deployed airbag and the missing trim piece which goes over the left rocker. We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) at hand and ready to transfer to the new owner. For sell is my 2010 m3 convertible with 46000 miles, clean carfax, all original paint and with 20" ADV.1 wheels (custom built plus paint color), I pay $9000 for this set of wheels and waiting for 4 months before it arrive, if people know adv.1, they should know this is the most expensive wheels right now in the market plus even you have money, you still have to wait for them to custom built for you, beside the wheels I also have few up grade to the car, 1/ straight pipe (fabspeed) sound much better than stock plus is not so noise, 2/ DVDs in motion which you could play DVDs while driving. The car drive perfect and nothing wrong with it, oil change every 3000miles and all service is up to date with Bmw Tenafly, the only reason I am selling it is because I just got new toys and I have no more space to park it. I recommend to come in person to check out the car before making me any offers.
