2002 BMW M3, 2dr., black leather interior, 6 speed SMG transmission, 133,xxx miles, Kenwood flip screen stereo, race headers, fully adjustable bilstein coil overs on all 4 corners. Car has been well cared for. Never wrecked. I am the 3rd owner. It is 13 years old so it is not show room perfect. It has the same exact interior as every other E46 series on the road, BUT, for those asking for pics of the interior, interior pics have been added. And also, for whatever reason, a pic of the engine bay too. The cloth on the A-pillars is starting to come undone, an easy fix with some 3M tack glue. The WORSE part of the interior is the left bolster of the drivers seat, it just shows visual wear from getting in and out the car (please see pic). NEEDS.... oil change, oil pan gasket (leaks about 1/2 quart every 3,000 miles), drivers door lock cylinder (cylinder just spins and does not lock or unlock door). CAR HAS NO MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL ISSUES AND IS VERY DEPENDABLE. It is very quick and extremely fun to drive. No joy rides and no tire kickers. Serious buyers only. $8,000. The price is FIRM, as the car is priced VERY reasonable and under value. Despite the very minimal things the car needs, it is in PHENOMENAL SHAPE for the year of the car and the asking price. I don't HAVE to or NEED to sell the car, it has just been sitting, for over 9 months since our new baby was born. The car needs someone who will drive it, work on it, and not let it sit for a year at a time. I simply no longer have time for the car. Please PM for contact info. I have a 2003 M3 Convertible for sale. It has 149k miles. I've owned this car roughly 6 months and have put 4k miles on it so far. It has a clean title and no mechanical issues whatsoever. Brand new FX Racing Stage 2 clutch with a lightweight chromoly flywheel put in less than three weeks ago. I replaced the guibo at the same time. New Yokohama rear tires with 80% tread left. BBS RS-GT's measuring 18x9 up front and 18x10.5 in the rear. CDV delete. Fresh oil change with LiquiMoly 10W-40 and NGK-R's just put in. Interior trim has been recently repainted. The silver was chipped off and bubbling so I painted all of the trim including the center console. The seats are in pretty good shape. No tears or rips. 7/10 The paint on the exterior is pretty rough. Clearcoat is fading in some spots. 6/10 With that being said, this car runs fantastic It doesn't hesitate, its very reponsive, and I've had no issues whatsoever other than the clutch, which I have replaced. I have done all the work for this car, only minor things to be addressed. Do yourself a favor, don't buy a project M3. It will cost you way more to rebuild everything (as I found out for myself). Just buy one in awesome condition already. Some things I've done:-Rebuilt/Resurfaced engine (only 6000 miles since then) -powersteering pump and hoses-alternator-coolant reservoir-radiator-K&N cold air-idler pulley-plugs-oil filter housing gasket-window regulators-new leather on vader seats-head liner-suspension-x brace-eibach sway bars-headlights-fog lights-tail lights-fan clutch-sunroof track-hood struts and clips-new tires-front brake rotors and padsThings needed to be addressed:-a/c compressor- it works, but I disconnected it because bearing is worn-clutch and shifter- I bought brand new UUC lightweight clutch/ pressure plate ($1000) and an auto solutions short shift w/ OEM m3 knob (almost $600). Just have to be installed!I guarantee you are getting your money's worth. Save yourself all the pain I already went through.
