I'm leaving the country and regrettably seeking my BMW.. It's been a great car but I'm leaving the country for 3 years and can not keep it.This car is still being finiced by my bank, I'm whilling to work out detail, put money I. An escrow, or call the bank and have them send you the title, I love in Roseburg Oregon, so if you live close it will be very easy. I've done some work to it recently, brand new Battery, brand new alternator new radiator hoses, and new rear shocks. I service it my self and change the oil and filter every 2 months. 1996 BMW 328iC I bought from 2nd owner. California car. Non-smoker car. 2nd owner always kept it garaged. 6 cylinder, DOHC, engine that purrs effortlessly at all speeds. Very snappy response if needed. 124,025 miles.5 speed sporty manual transmission. Shifts easy in all gears. Good for gas mileage. Gets 28+ even when cruising at high speeds (70+) and 30+ mpg at lower speeds. I have gotten 32+Paint is in very good shape. No rust, never been wrecked. Camel color, dual power controlled leather seats in very good shape. Some minor signs of wear to drivers side only. No tearing or holes. Drivers door panel has leather that has balloned. Sort of uncomfortable when you put your arm on the arm rest. Floor mats could be shampooed. New overlay protective mats Steering wheel cover. Automatic convertible top in very good shape. Very easy to open and close with gentle assistance. Rear window was replaced couple years back. Headliner in good shape. Small sag in front. Might be able to be glued back in place. New Sony, SIRIUS XM, satellite, blue tooth, cd player, am/fm radio. All gauges work. AC blows cold. Heater works great with dual zone comfort controls All glass is in good condition. Driver controlled power windows. Tires in good shape. The spare has never been on the ground. It is like new condition.I replaced the rear shocks and just had the oil changed.Includes car cover for outdoors.I reserve the right to end auction early since it is for sale locally. The mileage may vary a little since I do occasionally drive it locally. DO NOT BID unless you are serious. $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 24hours of auction close. Balance by cashiers check, money order only within 5 days of close and then I need to wait for the funds to clear prior to any shipping. I can help with shipping in giving you pointers, but the arrangements must be made by you. If car does not ship within 3 weeks of auction close arrangements must be made for storage.
