2010 BMW X5 M BMW X5 M

2010 BMW X5M, twin turbo V8 that is an absolute pleasure to drive. I bought the car nearly 3 years ago and it has been my daily driver since. I typically keep my cars a max of 1.5 years but I truly enjoy this car. I am only selling to buy a new X5M. I purchased the car as a one owner trade in at an Audi dealer with approximately 45k miles. I purchased an extended warranty at my local BMW dealership through NAC. The warranty runs to the sooner of 11/8/17 or 97k miles (currently 79k miles). The warranty is transferable to the buyer by completing some paperwork provided by the dealership where I purchased the warranty and a $100 transfer fee. I just completed the scheduled oil change and service. According to the onboard computer, no other services are due in the near term. I replaced all four tires approximately 6 months ago. The car came with an extra set of wheels that I have never used; these are included with the sale. I installed a 2 hitch for my bike rack; the bike rack is not included in the sale. I just had the front clear bra replaced with an XPEL clear bra which looks much better than the factory and carries a 10 year warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, staining and hazing. To my knowledge, the car has never been smoked in. Since I have owned the car, all the maintenance has been performed by my local BMW dealership. This car has been loved and just needs a new home. Title in hand. Clean CarFax and more pictures available upon request. Some features of the car are: V8, twin turbo (555 horsepower from the factory), heads up display, soft close doors, air ride, all-wheel drive, heated front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, panoramic roof, cloth and rubber floor mats (including cargo mat), rear climate control and two sets of 20 factory M wheels.

The Z4's history report shows a parking lot incident wherein another vehicle bumped into the rear -- the other vehicle's license plate bolts punched two small holes in the rear bumper cover. The other driver's insurance paid for the bumper cover replacement/painting. All paperwork of this incident is available so potential buyers can see the cosmetic nature of this prior incident. The Z4 is under the full BMW factory warranty until June 2016 or 50K miles, whichever occurs first. The warranty may be extended further through BMW before the factory warranty expires. If you search around on the Internet you will only find three (3) of these Z4's (with the same engine/transmission combination) for sale NATIONWIDE. The vast majority of Z4's on the market have the much smaller 4-cylinder engine and the automatic transmission (which dealers mislabel as a "manual" because it has +/- gear options on it -- no 3rd pedal on the floor!).
