We have owned this vehicle since 2006 bought it from the original owner...it was his girlfriends car and was hardly driven. Purchased it with about 20k on it. It has been a great vehicle but I have since moved to my second Porsche Cayenne S, so it is time to make room in the garage. It is loaded with all options, including a automatic window screens , foot rests, DVD system in the head rests and regular outlet power in the back seats if you would like to run a gaming system...like magic if you have kids...we didn't. It has staggered Maya chrome wheels as you can see from the pictures. This is a pet, smoke and children free vehicle with no signs of wear. It was serviced last week at Henderson BMW and all mechanical items were addressed, oil changed etc. Have the service records for the repairs and have spent over 5k in the last two months. You will see other 7 series for sale for much less but they all need work, have title issues or simply aren't that clean. Buy with peace of mind car comes with a 1 year 29K warranty. Here is the background on the car, my closest friend purchased the vehicle from CarMax in June 2010. It had 27K miles on it, at the time he bought the extended Maxcare warranty for 72 months/75,000(102K). I purchased vehicle from him in Dec 2013 and transferred the warranty. The warranty can be transferred to the next owner for $50. It has a $75 per visit deductible when you take it to a BMW dealership. The great thing about the car being under warranty, is whenever the car is taken in for service, we both had the dealership look for any item that needed to be fixed, so nothing has be neglected. I have the service records, all keys, books etc. The vehicle is completely loaded with sport package, 20 inch wheels, sport seats (the best seats I have sat in). It is in outstanding condition and has been garaged. Never seen snow or been smoked in. The tires were replaced at 54K miles and still have good tread on them. The only issues on the car is two rims have curb rash on them, hard to see from even 5 feet away, there is some scratches near the trunk from luggage and two buttons on the interior have the paint wearing off them. I have tried to include these in the photos. I want to be as upfront and honest these minor issues. The car also includes BMW custom made roof racks, these were designed specifically for this car. Great to use for bikes etc. Also has WeatherTech trunk mat. I will take vehicle to a nearby BMW dealership for a full pre-purchase inspection at the buyer’s cost. I will assist in getting the vehicle anywhere in Vegas to ship.
