First off, if you want to negotiate on the price please look for another car. -The car has no issues, no leaks, no weird funny noises or no rust whatsoever-No heated seats as this was a warm climate car-MKIV/MK4 GPS Navigation system with the latest software-Stored in climate controlled garages all of it's life so the rubbers are not worn including the quarter panel weather strips-Headliner is not sagging like it would be on most E38s-Recent maintenance as follows: Drive belts and window regulators were replaced at 32,320 miles. Four new brake pads and power steering hoses lines were replaced at 35,217 miles. New battery, spark plugs and valve cover gaskets were installed at 36,621 miles. All this work was done at BMW of Permian Basin in Midland, Texas.-Maintenance as of 2017 as follows: fresh oil, oil filter, air filter, new tires and a four wheel alignment job was performed. The car is parked in a climate controlled garage at my lake house, along with my other cars hooked on to a battery charger 24/7. This is a enthusiast's car. No expense was spared and was religiously maintained. I have the CARFAX report in hand that shows every single detail and work that was done at the BMW dealer and if you would like to see it let me know and I'll send you a copy of it. A true low mileage example of a BMW 7 series that spent it's entire life in climate controlled garages. The car has no leaks nor any issues, so please save that question when contacting me to save us both time. It needs absolutely nothing. It has been religiously maintained and was under BMW's 7 year/100K Platinum Extended Warranty until 2014. It had yearly oil change intervals at the BMW dealer, so the oil never got a chance to get dirty in this car's motor because it was driven roughly about 2,000 miles per year. Rubbers under the hood that would be effected by ageing factor such as the radiator hoses, steering line hoses and valve cover gaskets have been replaced at the BMW dealer, The fluids were flushed at the same time. New brake pads, spark plugs and battery was installed. Lastly, an alignment job and a oil and filter change was performed as of today January 2nd, 2017. The car went through an intense maintenance such as the replacements of valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, throttle body gasket, spark plugs, fluids, filters and etc. Pretty much all the things that wears down by aging factor regardless of the mileage has been replaced including the interior headliner. I also purchased the last model year clear corner and tail lamps from the dealer, as well as a set of 19 inch style 95 wheels with new Continental tires (I still have the factory 16 inch BBS wheels but the car will only come with one set of wheel). The reason for putting up for sale is I have another E38 740iL with even lower miles and also a E46 M3 so this one is going.
