Up for sale is a beautiful 2008 BMW 528XI in excellent shape. I don't think you can find a better 528xi at a lower price. The car was purchased from an auto auction with a minor damage to the front left fender and left side skirt (please look at the last picture) hence the rebuilt title. The fender and the side skirt were professionally replaced from a donor car with same color and age so the repair is not even noticeable. The front bumper has normal scuffs for the age, the driver door has a little uneven surface which is barely visible (see pictures) and the passenger fender has a small chip from the previous owner. Other than that it is a mechanically sound car with a perfect running engine, smooth transmission and good brakes. No check engine lights or fault lights. The TPMS is on probably because of a slow leaking tire. I have not investigated this further because it is not a major problem. It is an all wheel drive car so it is very stable on any road condition. It has premium sound system, heated front seats, sunroof, rain sensing wipes and much more. I believe pictures are worth thousand words so I took a lot. Please look at them and let me know if you need any more info or if you want to arrange a test drive or have it inspected by a mechanic of your choice. I would say the car overall is 9.5 out of 10, and this is just to be strict. It has all the options except Navigation. An All wheel drive is fantastic, Sport Mode on the shifter will tie you up to your seat. Leather Heated Seats, Auto sensing Wipers, Memory seats and more. Processing fees: All vehicles sold are subject $250.00 dealer fee. This represents the costs incurred with inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting used vehicles. Taxes: Finest Auto Wholesale collects and processes all required taxes where applicable by Federal or Ohio State Law. You will only have to pay sales tax once. The buyers who weren't charged sales tax by Finest Auto Wholesale are responsible for all the state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. 12. Titles: Generally titles will be available within 30 days from the receipt of full payment. Subject to delays out of the control of the Finest Auto Wholesale. Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While Finest Auto Wholesale usually has all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks Finest Auto Wholesale will hold all titles for 14 days or until funds have cleared. 13. Shipping & Delivery: a. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Finest Auto Wholesale may help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! b. Licensed Carriers are generally insured. Finest Auto Wholesale assumes no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements may be provided by Finest Auto Wholesale as a courtesy however Finest Auto Wholesale does not guarantee the pickup date. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 1-7 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure. 14. Finalizing your Purchase: a. Finest Auto Wholesale will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes. b.
