2000 BMW 528i Sport $2800 FIRM Titansilber with black leather interior. 5 speed tiptronic (Auto/Manual) trans. Car has the Sport and Cold weather packages. Power Sport seats with adjustable thigh support, Heated Seats, Cruise Control, Traction control, AM/FM/CD in dash, upgraded speakers and Infinity Basslink, Ski pass has been cut out, Style 5 BBS rims, Xenon Headlights, aftermarket Umnitza Preditor Chromium Angle Eyes hooked up as daytime running lights, Clear lens all around, Hands free/Bluetooth kit installed w/Ipod hookup, Confroti Shark Injector installed (Engine tuning). I had the Vanos system rebuilt properly with upgraded springs and orings at 109k ($1200), brand new battery installed 2 months ago. included with the car is a Peake FCX-II BMW specific scan tool, this is a must have for BMW owners. It allows you to read and clear codes, reset the CEL, oil change and inspection lights, the OEM Headlight housings, OEM Taillight housings, Shark Injector Module (they are car specific) and a COMPLETE 4 wheel disc brake kit. the kit was purchased from Turner Sports ($350) includes EVERYTHING need to do all 4 wheels (Rotors,Pads,Sensors, Fluid). The bad: Car has an intermittent misfire. I have change all the injector O-rings and filters, change out a couple of the coils, but can't get it to go away. Car will run great for a few days and then throw the misfire. it could be a vacuum leak, I'm not a mechanic so it is being sold AS IS. there is significant rust on the passenger side rear rocker (see pictures) I had planned on cutting the rust out and welding in a new rocker section, but just never got around to it. The piece is available from BMW wrecking companies on the net, but I never inquired about the price. again car is sold AS IS. It could use a coolant flush. BMW's are tough to bleed all the air out of the closed system, but overheating hasn't been an issue recently. But it's something that should be looked at. I replaced the hoses and reservoir about a year ago. Headliner in the rear on both sides needs spray adhesive applied, the pieces are good, just need to be glued back up. The ABS light comes on every once in a while but rests when the car is turned off. I had the unit rebuilt years ago, it might be the modules at the wheels, which are included in the brake kit that comes with the car. Rear D/S window needs a new track/regulator. this is a typical issue with E39's. I have EVERY receipt from all the work done and oil change I did on the car. She is a fun car to drive, has power and the handling is amazing. More pictures available upon request. Car is for sale locally, I reserve the right to end auction early if sold.
