This has a buyback title, but the Title I have does not show any defects. This Buyback was for the 35 dual turbo series for 2008-2010. They had major issues with the fuel pump. BMW had, in 2008-2009, a major problems with their HPFP. They did not re-engineer it until 2010. So they kept putting the same type defective fuel pump in the cars. (do some research on this). BMW replaced the fuel pump with a 120,000 10 year fuel pump which solved the issue. Their ended up being a recall for this and it has been taken care of. The customer that owned this car got BMW to buy it back. The car has over 300hp and over 300ftlbs torque. Never been smoked in. Angel Eyes - HID Leather - no flaws Daily Driver - Runs great - 0-60 in around 5.4 seconds. Title in hand The Fuel pump has been replaced (Factory Recall) Paint is in good condition but may need a buff job for minor scratches. O2 sensors replaced 10k ago both Vanos relays replaced 20k ago new plugs at 90k typical tune up at 90k - plugs - cabin filter - air filter etc. I have had no known mechanical issues with it except vanos (replaced) and o2 sensors (Replaced) since I have had it. ONE ISSUE NOT TAKEN CARE OF IS THE ADAPTIVE HEADLIGHT ON THE RIGHT SIDE IS IN MALFUNCTION. REAR TIRES ARE THIN but under mileage warranty at discount tire.
