I have reasonable estimated to have it painted if interested. The car has been meticulously maintained and partially restored to its original beauty. All regular maintenance performed, Like-new All-Season tires, Recent timing belt, head gasket, valve cover gasket, brake pads, Exhaust, and oil change! Description: • Excellent mechanical condition – Do not let the miles deter you, this car is in awesome shape! • Motor runs strong! • Everything works! All power door locks, windows, Cruise Control, ABS, Power Antenna, COLD A/C, HOT HEAT! • Strong AWD - Unstoppable in snow and wet weather! • It does have some oil spotting that may eventually need attention — May leak an occasional drop — Most looks to be leftover from Head gasket and Valve cover gasket (both replaced recently) • Has the classic E30 Auto Transmission hard shift under heavy load only — I believe it is the governor, about $100 part • Clean title history - No accidents • TONS of Service records and receipts available (About 26 years worth!) Exterior Details: • The vehicle looks great overall - it is free of ugly major dents/grinds • There are a few dings, small dents, scrapes, and chips here and there from normal driving – Rock chips on hood, few minor dings around door and quarter panels, and the pinstripes have peeled off in rear areas - Front Bumper Valance is bent slightly out of alignment on passenger side (see pic) • There is some faded paint: There is some clear coat failure on the trunk lid and roof, but it's not too bad (see pics). The same is present (but not as noticeable) on the fender flares. PLEASE NOTE: I have had the front valences repainted since these first photos were taken. See last few front end photos for the current paint state of the front bumper lower valances. This is a very clean, high mileage, adult driven, commuter car that has been owned by BMW enthusiasts. Every bit of maintenance has been completed with urgency and in a timely manner. The steering is tight, the clutch is firm, and the transmission shifts smooth and direct. The struts and shocks are in great shape. Now, what separates this vehicle from the competition is the Dinan stage 2 computer flash that has been performed by a BMW dealership here in Colorado. If you are unfamiliar with this package, it boosts the HP and torque by significant amounts. It is the only tuning that is only installed at BMW dealerships and is covered under factory warranty. -The tune, coupled with dual cone cold air intakes, makes for a very fast and comfortable driving experience. -The wheels are factory staggered 18" Performance wheels wrapped in 4 new Continental Control Contact Sport tires. -I just had ceramic brake pads installed on the front. -I am currently running my winter weight oil which is 0W40 Royal Purple synthetic oil. I also have 4 extra oil filters that will come with the car that I've collected over time. -I have the original, non-tinted tail lights and side marker lights if you want those. -The Headlights are motorized Xenon lights that react to hills and to steering left and right. They turn into the direction you are steering to anticipate the road ahead. -It also has the cold weather package with heated seats, mirrors and traction control. Owner Details: I am the third owner of this car. The first owner owned it until around 30k miles. The 2nd owner bought it CPO from a dealership in-town and drove it every day on his 105 mile commute. He put over 130k miles on it. I bought it at 162k miles. I have put a little over 8k miles on it since I've owned it. I am selling it due to moving out of state. I have the title in hand, no liens. If you are looking for a safe, fun, sporty car that will be reliable for a very long time, looks and drives amazing, and WON'T BREAK THE BANK, look no further. With BMWs, maintenance is the key to a long lasting vehicle. I have seen other BMWs with less mileage that are not nearly as nice or clean as this one. I am not a mechanic, I may have missed something and didn't know about it. I am planning on taking it into the BMW specialty shop to have them do a inspection for the next owner.
