I have purchased this car with salvaged title in 2006 and have custom designed and rebuilt every detail excluding engine. My plan was to put an S52 engine in it but unfortunately I run out of budget. I have every single receipt to show and I have lots of extra parts to go with it ones the reserve price (7777) is met but make your offers and let the best offer win. What I did: Completely replaced (every single component) suspension with an M3 suspension. Replaced all mounts: engine, transmission, differential, driveshaft, basically every single rubber part on the car was replaced. Put in new rock & pinion along with tie rods and ball joints New shocks & studs with mounts Injectors, plugs, coils, wires, boots, fuel filter and pump Valve seal, oil sensor, camshaft sensor, throttle position sensor, MAF sensor Complete cooling system with all hoses (removed thermostat), fan clutch, heat sensor and relay Rotors, brakes, wheels and tires with only 400miles on them Xenon angel eye headlights, taillights, fog lights with custom grilles and back panel Antiroll stability bar Carped pad and carpet Rewired audio system with custom built into seats pioneer subwoofers managed by BOSS amp, in dash mp3 with programmable display and Bluetooth along with Polk audio 6 way speakers Custom designed ostrich faux leather seats Custom designed shift and brake handle M leather boots Custom designed wood trim All weather-stripping was replaced New windshield Convertible comfort ride screen Custom body work as you can see in pictures along with paint job Total for all receipts was about $18k This is what I remember thus far but like I said everything I put in this car has a receipt to show I only driven 7-8kmiles for this 10 years that I had it and I am not that young anymore to go on with this project. i hope the new owner will continue and this car will hit a movie or something. Every time I took it to an old Mulholland or a PCH it was definitely a head turner

Selling my 2000 BMW 323Ci coupe, 160,246 miles, sold as-is - Engine and transmission are in GOOD SHAPE. Performance Package. The car has 117K miles. Owned and driven by one (adult) owner since 2010 and 40K miles. All services done at 100K miles (Transmission oil and filter changed with original BMW parts, water pump, valve cover gasket, spark plugs, belts and tensioner, oil separator and all the vacuum hoses under the intake manifold, oil filter housing gasket, lower control arms). These are the common problems with these cars and all of this has been serviced, the car has zero oil leaks, and last month spent $1500 on Bilstein sport shocks front and rear, original BMW brake pads and new rotors, 2 new front tires and 4 wheel alignment. The car gets a Full Synthetic oil change every 5000 miles and washed every week. The car is in mint condition inside and out. Ready for any kind of inspection. Gray exterior with black leather interior, fully loaded. It has Harmon Kardon sound system CD Navigation, 5 Cd changer and Ipod AUX hook up, Xenon Headlights, tinted windows, Suede steering wheel with shift trim that's carbon graphite. The Black interior is in great condition and has front heated seats. Never been abused. MUST SEE TO APPRECIATE. The car has a salvage title without any frame damage. Here is some information about the ZHP package: ZHP - Performance Package The performance package was available on 2003-2005 330 sedans (330i) and 2004-2006 330 coupes and convertibles (330Ci/330Cic). In 2003, it was only available with the 6-speed manual transmission and WITHOUT the premium package. In 2004, all performance package cars were also available with the automatic (steptronic) transmission as well as the premium package. Obviously, the Performance Package is a level above the Sport Package, so they're not available together. Per the BMW press release, this package included the following changes. Engine mods (new camshafts, electronics, & lighter flywheel) for 10HP & 8 ft/lb of torque increase & 6800 max RPM (from 6500). 3.07:1 Final drive ratio w/ manual trans instead of the standard 2.91:1. Convertibles retained the already installed 3.07 ratio. Max Speed Limiter set to 155 mph (instead of 128) New M suspension, more "sporty" than standard sport package: Firmer springs (front +6%, rear +8%) There are no "ZHP" specific springs. The same springs are used for comparably equipped 330's for both the ZSP and the ZHP. In both cases, the spring rate for the post 4/01 build ZSP and ZHP is believed to be slightly less than that of the pre-4/01 ZSP Firmer shocks (Jounce: front +50%, rear +20%), (Rebound: front +35%, rear -8%) ZHP does use different dampers than the ZSP. There is a shortage of shock dyno data, but based on the SACHS damping parameter values it is believe the jounce damping is the same but rebound damping is stiffer on the ZHP. Pre-4/01 sport package cars had similar damping values to the ZHP but used the higher grade SACHS "Advantage" dampers rather than the "Super Touring" model Larger diameter anti-roll bars: 23.5 mm front (v. 23.0), 18.5 mm rear (v. 18.0) Sway bar diameters are 23.5 mm and 18.0 mm for all post 4/01 build 330's. There is no 18.5 mm rear sway bar offered by BMW for the E46. More rigid forward bushings Front Control arm bushings are the same ZHP/ZSP ZHP control arms are different and use a stiffer ball joint Lower ride height by 15 mm (.6 inches) utilizing shorter auxiliary springs Since both the ZSP and ZHP use the same springs, they have the same ride height. Both are 15mm lower than a non-sport E46 -.5 degrees of camber (for a total of -1.1 degrees) Alignment settings are the same ZSP and ZHP BMW M exterior trim elements (front & rear fascia, side sills, & trunk lid spoiler) Special exterior trim: Anthracite (charcoal) headlight & foglight surrounds, High-Gloss Shadowline (black gloss) trim Large diameter stainless steel dual exhaust outlets Extra thick Alcantara steering wheel (later switched to perforated leather) ZSP Sport Seats Alcantara & cloth upholstry to replace leatherette and standard trim (leather still optional) Choice of "Black Cube" or "Silver Cube" interior trim Anthracite headliner Red needles on the instrument cluster Unique 18" Wheels (style 135M), 18x8.0" front, 18x8.5" rear Wider Tires: 225/40ZR-18 in front and 255/35ZR-18 in the rear.
