We sell to wholesale customers nationwide and average of 40 sales per week. The vehicles we have are either new-car trades or fresh off-lease. We select several top quality vehicles from our wholesale inventory to offer on eBay for retail customers. These vehicles are priced low and offered at the same wholesale price we’d charge a car dealer. Every vehicle that we list on eBay has the engine and transmission extensively tested to ensure a top quality product. We will never sell a vehicle which has a bad engine or transmission. As with any used vehicle, minor cosmetic imperfections should be expected. We try our best to identify and photograph any cosmetic defects found on each vehicle. Unlike many other dealerships, we do not use any harmful chemicals to clean the interiors of our vehicles. The interiors of our vehicles are completely cleaned and restored using chemical-free cleaning agents. The health of our customers and their families is very important to us. We believe that using organic cleaning methods is worth the extra effort to protect the health of our customers. Also, unlike many other dealerships, there are NO HIDDEN FEES! This auction is for a 2006 BMW 325xi with 127,750 miles. Vehicle is located in Plymouth Meeting PA, right outside Philadelphia. The BMW runs excellent and looks great. This is the All-Wheel-Drive model with all the premium features. Clean title, no accidents. The BMW is mechanically sound. We just had new brakes and rotors installed. Engine was fully serviced. Almost New Continental tires installed and balanced. There are no warning lights on and the engine runs great. The transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. The BMW doesn’t shake or vibrate when driving and offers a smooth ride at low or high speeds. The exterior body of the BMW is in great shape overall. The paint has a nice shine and the vehicle was well taken care of. There are no major dents, dings, or scratches. No accident history and no previous paintwork found. Any imperfections found are shown in photographs. –Please note that the front bumper has some chips and paint cracks, photo provided. The interior is in excellent condition. The leather is in great shape and doesn’t have any rips/tears. Carpets are free of stains. All electronic components operate properly. The previous owner was a non-smoker and there are no odors in the vehicle. Interior imperfections: One of the front cup holders is difficult to open; the rear ashtray in center console is missing. Please Be Advised: As all of our auctions, this is an AS-IS wholesale auction. Used vehicles will typically have minor chips on the hood, front bumper and fenders. The body may have a few scrapes and scratches. There are certain other minor imperfections that have been pointed out. Payment Information: If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction to set up payment arrangements. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. This deposit should be made through PayPal. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five to seven days of making the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash-in-person. Checks must be paid payable to ‘Advanced Auto Brokers’. Paypal is generally not an acceptable form of full payment, however exceptions can be made, please contact us for details on this. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait, nine (9) business days until the funds clear, for title. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear. FLORIDA Location Buyers:If you purchase a vehicle from our Florida location, the vehicle must be paid in full prior to pick-up. Full payment must clear through our NY office. You cannot pay in full at time of pick-up. As soon as the funds clear, the title will be sent via Express mail and the vehicle will be released for pick-up. Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for ten (10) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that. Liquidated Damages: The only acceptable reason for cancellation is a misrepresentation of goods sold. Should this case arise, a local independent arbitrator will be summoned to satisfy all parties concerned. This auction is for a 2006 BMW 325xi with 127,750 miles. Vehicle is located in Plymouth Meeting PA, right outside Philadelphia. The BMW runs excellent and looks great. This is the All-Wheel-Drive model with all the premium features. Clean title, no accidents. The BMW is mechanically sound. We just had new brakes and rotors installed. Engine was fully serviced. Almost New Continental tires installed and balanced. There are no warning lights on and the engine runs great. The transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. The BMW doesn’t shake or vibrate when driving and offers a smooth ride at low or high speeds. The exterior body of the BMW is in great shape overall. The paint has a nice shine and the vehicle was well taken care of. There are no major dents, dings, or scratches. No accident history and no previous paintwork found. Any imperfections found are shown in photographs. –Please note that the front bumper has some chips and paint cracks, photo provided. The interior is in excellent condition.
