In regards to the auto report please be advised that I have verified with the Bmw dealer where the car was purchased that it had only one owner prior to myself. The report like Car Fax not distinguish between a change in residence and a change in ownership but only a change effecting title details. The previous owner lived in two cities before selling the car, I Inturn have changed residence three times since I purchased it. So in reality there have only been two owners and both of us have only kept this car in Southern California. I hope this is clear enough so explain the car report and the facts on the cars history. It was purchased at a local So Cal dealer and has stayed in Southern California its entire life. It had when I purchased it a clean Car Fax and continues to have one during my ownership. It's performed flawlessly while I've owned it and only now that I have purchased a Mini Cooper Countryman that I am selling it since I don't have the garage space for two cars and my motorcycles and I'm not selling them, ( I do have my priorities). It's in good shape cosmetically and was garage kept and detailed regularly. There are a few minor scratches and a few touchup spots that have been touched up but nothing out of the norm for an 11 year old car. The radio is not able to be turned off so you turn the sound down when you need to. I replaced the radio a year ago with another bmw unit but the same on/off problem occurred. It sounds excellent as it is paired with the Harmon Kardon speaker system which was the premium sound upgrade that came with the car. The drivers sport seat left bolster shows a little wear but not excessive. I have listed a maintenance history during my time of ownership below: AUGUST 20, 2010: 81072 miles serpentine and alternator belts replaced, power steering fluid, flush, front control arm bushings replaced ( normal time to replace), oil/filter, wiper blades, fuel injection service, brake fluid flushOCTOBER 25, 2011: 91914 miles four wheel alignment, Nexen N7000 tires replacement, oil/filter changeNOVEMBER 18, 2011 : 92203 miles coolant recovery bottle replaced, cap replaced, air filter and battery replacedJANUARY 29, 2013: 97506 miles oil/filter change, transmission service fluid and filterMAY 28, 2013: 97809 miles cabin filter replaced, air filter replaced, serpentine belts and alternator belt replaced, all front tensioner bearings and adjusting bearings on the front of engine replaced as they began to squeak, spark plugs replacedNOVEMBER 5, 2013:104617 miles, replaced front brake pads, rotors and sensorsFEBUARY 5, 2014: 106795 miles oil/filter change, coolant flush, thermostat replacementFEBUARY 18, 2014: 107044 miles, replace right headlamp bulbNOVEMBER 4, 2014: 113458 miles, replaced all four tires with Nexen N7000 tiresJANUARY 26, 2015: 107060 miles, replaced interior rear view mirror with original new BMW rear view mirror, air filter replacedMARCH 19, 2015: 117571 miles, oil/filter change, fuel filter replacementMARCH 24, 2015: 117684 miles, replace rear center control arm bushingJUNE 9, 2015: 119444 miles, replaced front brake pads, rotors, sensors, replace rear brake pads, sensors, flush brake fluid The interior wood, dash, door panels, seats, carpets and floor mats are clean and without any damage or showing wear, floor mats are close to new. The car is a non smoker owned vehicle. The convertible top is clean, stain free and without any noticeable wear or fading. The rear wind screen with case and a BMW front windshield sun deflector and case included with the sale as well a complete set of owners manuals.
