Very Good condition, 1 tiny unnoticeable ding on it. Interior is in beautiful condition. Leather has no rips, still feels tight and like new. Runs great, has a lot of power from the twin turbos. I'm listing my 328IC. I am the fourth owner of this car, and it was purchased CPO in 2002 from Flemington BMW, where it was under warranty until 2005. Last year I replaced the clutch and flywheel with stock parts, and I've always used Mobile 1. On the rear I have firestone tires with 7k on them, and the front tires are Yokohama with plenty of life left on them. Mechanically this car is very sound, and very fun to drive. I regularly take it on 400+ mile trips, and its smooth and quick. It does not burn oil, even in the summer the coolant gauge never goes above half, and the brake pads still have plenty of life. It's a great daily driver, or weekend car. With that being said, it does need some work to be perfect, as described below. I have two keys, clean title, and the Alpine Head Unit comes with an Aux cable for your phone. Please let me know if you have any questions, and I'd be happy to show the car in person. Please note that this car is for sale elsewhere, so I reserve the right to end this auction early. Here is a link to a photo album for the car.As can be seen from the pictures the rear right end has an incomplete repair from backing into a post, I was not able to have it finalized due to time constraints after the incident - you can choose if this is something you want to fix or not. The seats are also in great condition except for two tears, one 6 in. on driver seat along seam, and one on the back of back right headrest. Same for the top, where there is some erosion at the seams, but it is not leaking as it is just the first layer. Mechanically, the car needs the rear driver side bearing replaced, as it hums at speed. The check engine light is on and reading a rear o2 sensor heater failure, I may have this fixed before the listing ends, but my mechanic said the cold weather may have triggered it and it may just need to be cleared - I will have this fixed prior to closing. Lastly, the power recline on the passenger seat is not working (all other functions are), and I have ordered a replacement gear to fix this before closing.

Front frame rails look straight. Front cooling components look to be in tact and we did not notice any immediate leaks, rad reservoir still has fluid. Headlights operate as seen in the pics below. Right front and left rear tires are flat. All airbags are good. Overall body is in good condition. Interior is clean and as seen in the picstures. 1989 BMW 325i Cabriolet Excellent running condition. I acquired this beauty early this year of summer.I have all of the service receipt.Timing belt is changed.It was garage kept.The car runs great. You will get lot of attention when you drive it. Mileage 177K Engine is good. Smooth turns and drives very well.Tires are good.Brakes are good. Brake lights came on recently , I believe need adjustment or fluid.But no issue pressing the brake.Radio works. It is obvious that it was garage kept and the previous owner took pride in their vehicle. The car starts right up, and runs and drives perfectly. The transmission shifts as it should. The brakes stop well. And it runs down the road straight. It is in excellent condition compared to most of the cars of similar year I see come through my shop. We are a wholesaler and make our living buying and selling cars through the dealer auctions. We only retail the best, cleanest units we get to the public. This BMW is finished in a beautiful and classy silver paint that still maintains its shine. The beautiful grey leather interior looks to be well kept tidy and clean. This particular BMW Convertible has only traveled 81k miles in its pampered life. That’s only 7300 miles a year! These BMW 3 series cars are extremely desirable cars. They consistently win car of the year and best sports sedan awards. They have an awesome open top driving experience, yet the driving characteristics of a sports car. This particular example is absolutely loaded. The owner ordered the sports package with the upgraded suspension and 17” wheels and the more aggressive front fascia and the sports seats with adjustable bolsters and thigh support, the premium package, which adds HID headlights and front parking sensors, and the cold weather package, which adds heated seats and mirrors. The full list of features includes, Power convertible top, Power windows, locks, mirrors, power seats, heated seats anti lock brakes, cruise control, front parking sensors, Harman Kardon stereo with optional aux input, and climate control with Ice cold air. The power top is in great shape and it goes up and down as it should. Another great feature of these BMW convertibles is that they have a glass rear window, which includes a rear defroster they do not suffer from the aging that convertibles with a plastic rear window inevitably experience. We ran the car through our shop, which does a thorough 100+ point mechanical and safety inspection. We do this with all the cars that we retail. The shop gave the car a clean bill of health, and we had them do the following repair / maintenance stuff before listing the car for sale: When we got the car the tires were marginal so we had a set of brand new tires installed for the next owner! I have personally driven this vehicle and it rides smooth and tracks straight at 80 mph +. The car had an intermittent check engine light for the secondary air injection system. We replaced the secondary air injection valve and vacuum line to address this. This is a very common BMW 3 series issue but we have already taken care of it for you. The air conditioning was not blowing as cold as it should so we had the system evacuated and charged and now it can freeze you out of the car. You may notice in the pictures that the center armrest is missing. Like all BMW 3 series cars the leather tends to wear prematurely on the armrest, so we sent it out to our upholstery shop to have it recovered in the matching leather, significantly detracting from the otherwise wonderful appearance of the interior. It will be back in the next day or two and be reinstalled in the car. There are no check engine lights, strange noises or fluid leaks. The engine is quiet, smooth and powerful. The transmission shifts as it should, and the car feels very planted and sure footed on the road. This particular car will make a great family car, commuter car, summer cruiser, or a safe and reliable first car for your new driver. Now every used car has its flaws – otherwise it wouldn’t be used! Here is what our inspection has revealed: The lower sideskirt on the driver’s side is starting to come a bit loose on the edge behind the front wheel. It may need a clip or to be reglued to the body. It’s barely noticeable but going over the car with a fine-toothed comb like we do it’s there. The driver’s seat is starting to show the typical BMW wear on the left bolster due to getting in and out of the car. Due to the low mileage of this particular example the wear is minimal. It’s not torn up like most 3 series cars with sports seats are. The rear driver’s side seat bottom has a small stain / possible burn a bit smaller than the size of a dime. The wheels have some scratches / curb marks. They are still straight and not bent like many BMW wheels, and our tire shop had no issue road force balancing the new tires. I have tried to photograph all the flaws as best I can so there are no surprises. Overall it’s a VERY nice car especially for the year. I would rate it an 8.5 /10 overall and I’m VERY picky with cars. I tend to be overly critical and under describe cars, but I’d rather you be impressed when you get your new car rather than disappointed due to the unrealistic descriptions that many dealers offer.
