This is a great old car. It runs great unless you let it sit. It does have rust. The drivers side on rocker panels and a little on the front of car. I have repaired most of the passenger side. The doors have rust on the under side. The car is original color. The backseat vinyl is cracked at the top however i have vinyl from another bmw to replace it, I just haven't had time. the drivers seat is also ripped on the seat part, i put a cover over it. It has a Cd player, new plugs and wires, carburetor was just recently cleaned. It is an automatic. The brake pedal sticks a little, i'm not a mechanic so i have no idea what that involves. The main reason i bought the car was to learn and fix it up, but i just don't have the time. I love this car and it really needs a good home. I also have a lot of extra parts which i will include. Front and rear fenders, radiator, transmission, odometer, right and left rocker panels, parts for AC to be installed and lots of other. I also have a book of a lot of the work thats been done to the car. One more thing the speedometer reads 22mph faster than you are actually going. However i have a replacement but never installed it. Please ask questions. I am no mechanic, but i'll do my best.

Alabama law does not require titles for vehicles 35+ years old therefore it does not have a title and will only come with a bill of sale. *** *** There is a slideshow with more detailed pics at the bottom of the auction. *** 1973 BMW 2002. Car is complete except for some side trim. Does not currently run. Original white with blue interior. 1990cc I-4. 4spd manual transmission. Front disc brakes. Parts of the floors and trunk pan will have to be replaced. There is also rust in the drainage areas of the front cowl, front radiator/hood support, rear wheel houses, and around the sunroof (see the pics). There is also a shallow dent behind the drivers door in the rear quarter that will have to be popped out (see the pics). Another one on the trunk lid (see the pics). The car has been sitting forever. I would plan on pulling the motor and giving it a once over before attempting to start it. I have included some pics of restored cars to show what the car could be when restored.
