We sell vehicles to both dealers and the public; we finance vehicles, take trade-ins and have the ability to locate specific vehicles for those who know what they want, but simply don't have the time or desire to take on the "hunting" process alone! What fees are charged & why? WHAT FEES ARE CHARGED AND WHY? Texas residents are responsible for sales tax, inventory tax, license fees, documentary fee ($125.00) and administrative fee ($100.00). Out of state buyers are only responsible for inventory tax, documentary fee ($125.00) and an administrative fee ($100.00). Inventory tax is calculated at small state required % (that is approximately $21 per $10,000 spent). Fisch-Bone Motors charges a $195 non-refundable dealer prep/services fee on ALL transactions including dealer to dealer. (This covers expenses related to airport pick-ups/deliveries, fuel in vehicles, oil changes, temp tags etc…) You will notice in most cases we advertise with a low Buy It Now price as opposed to a long drawn out bidding cycle/war.
