Oil Change full synthetic oil 127 miles ago I bought car from a 67yr old Dr. from FL with 36k miles. He use to drive to work, round trip highway 86 miles, that's why the miles racked up quick. Had its 40K mile service completed under the Audi Care. Went over entire car, checked over everything. Just hit 42K miles. Sounds like a lot but when you buy a car that was insanely maintained, and only driven to work its like having 4k miles on it ! This guy I bought it from told me he never went over 110mph because it scared him! -Not a scratch/dent or anything on this car, absolutely perfect! This car is immaculate. Beautiful exterior, like new interior. Extremely low mileage. This car has only seen rain twice while in my care (both times on the way to the dealership for regular scheduled servicing and yearly oil changes). One of the cleanest R8’s on the continent. This car has never been tracked or driven in the winter. Its primary use was weekend cruises on hot sunny days. This car was enjoyed, but never abused. Original rubber and brakes. Always dealer serviced (service records available on request). This car is a real head turner. The Mugello Blue Pearl Effect color is stunning in the sunshine and stealthy (almost black) at night. Reason for Selling - Time for a change. Also, the US dollar is much stronger than the CDN dollar and so it makes sense to maximize the resale value of the car considering it was originally a US spec vehicle. Modifications - No mechanical / engine modifications. All original!! The engine bay vents and air intake grilles were custom Mirrorchrome painted to add a little extra contrast with the rich Mugello blue color and the carbon fiber side blades. The rocker panels and side panels immediately forward of the rear wheels and just behind the front wheels were removed and fully wrapped (no visible lines) with 3M for added rock protection. History - I am the 3rd Owner. Car was originally imported from the Chicago area in December 2009. Car was purchased sight unseen off Ebay and was immaculate then and still is. Pending Maintenance – The left front strut has started leaking and is recommended by the Audi dealership to be replaced. Car is currently in winter storage and the replacement will not be completed until summer 2015 should I still own this car. Shipping - Buyer to arrange. I recommend covered transport.
