At this point in time, the "Buyback" Title doesn't effect the Value of the Vehicle much because it is already out of Warranty. A "Buyback" Title is NOT a Rebuilt or Salvage Title, it simply means, a Brand New car was Sold to someone who was not happy with the Product and under the "Lemon Law" the Manufacturer is required to buy it back after taking too long or failing to correct the problem. After the Buyback, Audi was required by Law to correct the Problem and they offered the Vehicle back up For Sale. In May of 2014 the previous owner bought the Vehicle from us and he began to turn it into the Masterpiece you see today. After the 5 days following the closing day of the auction, if the buyer has not completed his/her inspections and due diligence, it will be understood that the vehicle will be taken as an "As Is" without the inspection by the buyer. If the above items are not met within the allotted time frame, the vehicle may and will be available to all other buyers on a first come first serve basis. In a nutshell, the deal must be consummated within 6 days from the closing day of the auction. Please notify us for any exceptions. All sales are subject to a documentary fee of $100, state inspection fee of $40.75, Appearance Pkg. $395 and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based at .2218% of the purchase price. Ex: $10,000.00 X .2218% = $22.18, $10,000.00 X .002218 = $22.18. Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax, registration fee of $110.30. Out-of-state customers may pay tax and register the vehicle in their own applicable state. Upon request, we can also complete the buyers home state registration. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Also, the transportation to and from the airport and our location is buyer's responsibility. Most of our vehicles are Frontline, Off-lease, or Trade-in vehicles from Upscale Franchise Dealerships (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Jaguar, Porsche, Land Rover, Bentley, Ferrari, Lexus, etc...). In translation, most of the vehicles we auction are individual-owned cars before becoming trade-ins or lease turn-ins. EXPO MOTORCARS makes every attempt to deliver our vehicles to our clients with two keys, key fobs, manuals, booklets, NAV CDs, wheel locks, tool kits, etc..., however, from time-to-time, a vehicle may be missing one or more of these items and we cannot guarantee that they will be included in the vehicle at the time of sale. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle. The vehicles in the auction are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as "As Is" condition. However, most vehicles may still be in factory warranty or an extended warranty may be purchased. Ask for details. For Canadian car buyers: If the title is to be released at the time of delivery (which is pretty much mandatory to get your vehicle thru customs), wire transfer is your quickest way to handle this transaction.
