Salutations, For Sale is a 1998 Audi A8 4.2L Quattro AWD. Vehicle has a clear title, and was a daily commuter for me back and forth from college. The reason that I am selling this vehicle is because the transmission is in "Safe Mode" from what I have been told. I do not have the resources to diagnose or fix the vehicle, so my loss is another individuals gain. The vehicle does start up, but does need some TLC. The check engine light is also on, which I'm guessing is due to the fact that the vehicle is in safe mode. The vehicles paint job (metallic silver stripes along the bottom) was performed by the previous owner. Prior owner did also place a German imported HID kit in the vehicle to my understanding, as well as a aftermarket radio. The front left turn signal glass lens (not housing) is cracked, and may very well likely need to be replaced. ------ I placed new tires all around and brakes that have less than 400 miles on them.
