2003 Audi A6 2.7t Sport Quattro Pennant Motors is pleased to present this very nice 2003 Audi A6. 2003 is the second year for several upgrades to the Audi A6 including a revamped interior, new front and rear bumpers, and different wheels.It also has really handsome exposed rear exhaust pipes, and the fantastic and FAST 2.7 Litre Twin Turbo 30 Valve V6 returns for the 03 model year. On top of that, this A6 has nearly every possible option including Bose Sound, Xenon HID Headlamps, Leather Interior, Sport Package, and MUCH MUCH more! What makes this A6 incredibly spectacular is the fact that it is a 6 SPEED MANUAL model!! 2003 was the second to last year that an A6 was available in the USA with a manual transmission in any configuration, and with the twin turbo engine, it is SO fun to drive! The interior of this car is in remarkably good condition. The tan premium leather seats are in excellent shape, as is the dash and the carpets. There isn't even any wear on the drivers seat bolster. The car has Audi's Dual Zone automatic climate control which works properly. The cabin is illuminated with beautiful red backlit buttons and red ambient lighting. The gauges are white and red electroluminescent with silver rings around them. This car has Audi's Bose audio with CD changer (in dash!) and Cassette. It works greatand sounds awesome. There is even a subwoofer in the trunk for great sounding bass. For safety, this A6 has, of course, dual front airbags, as well as front side airbags. It also has sideguard side curtain airbags for the front and rear passangers. The interior is also trimmed in beautiful genuine vavona redwood (sometimes referred to as polished sycamore) wood trim throughout the interior. The car is pre-wired for aftermarket Sirius radio. If you'd like us to remove the dock, mounting, and associated wiring, just let us know and we'd be happy to do so. The outside of this Audi is beautiful and is finished in stunning and quite rare Racing Green metallic paint. The finish is brilliant, and realy just striking. The exterior of this car is gorgeous. The paint still has a beautiful shine to it, and it is clear that this car was garaged and well cared for by its previous owner. There are, of course, some minor imperfections which are visible in the pictures. There are some scratches on the rear bumper from parking and some other minor imperfections. The car does have parking sensors which work just as they should. This A6 also has the xenon gas discharge headlamps which are an absolute treat to have if you've never owned a car with them. The tires are in good condition and are matching Bridgestones. You'll notice in the photos that the car needs front tires. They are being replaced prior to the sale of the vehicle. I am the second owner of this 2002 Audi A6 4.2 AWD four-door sedan in ming blue exterior and light grey leather interior. The body is in very good condition with no dents or rust. This is some light chipping and "road rash" on front of the hood and fender flares, as expected for a car of this age and mileage. One light scratch is present on the trunk. The paint is otherwise rich and vibrant without fading or visible deterioration of the gelcoat. The interior is very clean. Seat leather is soft with no cracking or fading. The wood grain accents that complement the interior are without cracks or chipping of the finish. There is some light fading of print on some buttons consistent with regular use. One radio preset button is missing. Specific wear/fading of leather and plastic can be seen on the top of the steering wheel, driver's door handle/armrest, and around the ignition key cylinder. This car was just inspected in October in Pennsylvania by a qualified Audi dealer. Within the past 18 months, service includes:Four (4) new tires (less than 5k miles have been put on the tires);New brake pads, rotors, and calipers;New front axle boots;New oil pan gasket and oil filter/fluid change; andComplete replacement of timing chain, serpentine belt, cam tensioners, valve cover gaskets, etc.As anyone who knows cars can attest, timing chain replacement is a big-ticket maintenance item in an older car - and it was just done on this vehicle within the last 100 miles. Two (2) known, lesser mechanical issues:Driver's side window does not easily close. A qualified Audi dealer replaced the window guides and then later determined the motor and regulator also need replaced. Since I infrequently use the window, I elected not to repair it.Headlamp leveling adjust dash light warning. This, too, has been looked at by a qualified Audi dealer. It does NOT affect the headlamps from proper illumination of the road - they function as intended, so I elected not to repair it.Records and additional photographs are available. This vehicle has a clean title. This vehicle is being sold "as-is" and without warranty. All reasonable offers for this vehicle will be considered. Entire Agreement - The terms and conditions memorialized in this Sales Agreement comprise the complete, entire and final agreement between Buyer and Seller. No other terms, negotiations, proposals, representations, commitments, understandings or agreements between Buyer and Seller, either written or oral, shall be valid or enforceable, unless expressly contained in the Sales Agreement. The Sales Agreement may be modified or amended only upon express written consent of both parties. 2. "AS IS" - Buyer acknowledges that the automobile contemplated by this transaction is a used automobile and is offered for purchase in its current state, or, "as is." Seller makes no guarantee as to condition, mileage, year, model or any other circumstance regarding the automobile. Buyer acknowledges that the actual condition of the automobile may vary from any photographs, statements or representations made by Seller. Buyer represents that he/she had an opportunity to inspect the automobile prior to purchase and acknowledges that Seller has no responsibility for any defects or repairs, regardless of any representations (oral or otherwise) made by Seller. Furthermore, Buyer acknowledges that Seller will not provide a warranty of any type with regard to the automobile and, therefore, depending on the status of the manufacturers warranty, there may be no warranty of any type covering this automobile. 3. Purchase - Buyer is deemed to have purchased the automobile upon satisfaction of each of the following events: (1) Buyer and Seller have executed this Sales Agreement; (2) Seller has issued the registration (either Pennsylvania or in transit registration); (3) Buyer has executed the "Buyers Guide"; (4) Buyer has paid, in full, for the automobile; and, (5) Buyer has taken possession of the automobile. Buyer shall be deemed to have taken possession of the automobile, and therefore, any and all risks associated with possession, at the time the automobile is removed from Sellers premises, either by Buyer, Buyers agent or shipper (regardless or whether Seller arranged shipping on Buyers behalf). 4. Limited Warranty - THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SELLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (WHETHER ARISING BY IMPLICATION OR BY OPERATION OF LAW). THIS SECTION SURVIVES THE TERMINATION OR CANCELLATION OF THIS SALES AGREEMENT. 5. Force Majeure - Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance hereunder due in whole or in part to (i) acts of God, (ii) strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes, (iii) civil commotion, sabotage, fire, flood, or explosion, (iv) acts of any governmental agency or authority, (v) unforeseen circumstances (vi) inability to obtain or delay in obtaining any necessary governmental approvals, permits or licenses, (vii) mechanical failure, (viii) or any other cause which is not within the reasonable control of Seller, whether or not of the kind specifically enumerated above. 7. Choice of Law, Jurisdiction & Venue - The transaction to which this document relates shall be governed by the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In the event of any dispute between the parties arising out of this transaction, the parties agree and consent that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for the resolution of such dispute shall be Pennsylvanias Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 8. Notices - No notice or other communication is sufficient to affect any rights, remedies or obligations of either party unless the notice or communication is in writing and (as elected by the party giving the notice or communication) is (i) personally delivered, (ii) transmitted by facsimile (with a receipt acknowledgment), (iii) transmitted by electronic computer mail, (iv) transmitted by a recognized courier service or (v) mailed in registered or certified form, to the party to which notice or communication is being given.
